The Cornhusker Marriott Hotel, Lincoln

Liked the well appointed rooms........didn't like the small bathrooms...over all, very pleased. To me it's all about service, cleanliess and a touch of class....to which this hotel has it all. Thank you Cornhusker for a great stay. Gerald Mark St. Joseph Mo

We enjoyed our stay at the Cornhusker. Very comfortable beds, very nicely decorated rooms, clean bathrooms, great restaurant and very friendly and attentive staff. We have already made reservations for our next stay in Lincoln. The price of the rooms is higher than average but still reasonable for all of the amenities. Try booking through priceline or one of the other travel websites. Sometimes you can obtain a room for a much more reasonable price. Altough, we didn't attend anything at the attached convention center, it looked very adequate for any type of event.

room and bathroom is pretty clean...internet very spotty, the internet connection "resets" itself every half hour to an hour,..it may not sound much, but it gets extremely annoying after a couple of times...as far as the concierge lounge, it is a little lacking from the other marriott concierge lounges...the concierge lounge lady is very nice however, the amenities and snacks are pretty limited..they had the same breakfast the entire week i stayed there, alcohol selection was also limited...

Since they have finished rehab throughout the hotel, all rooms are now comfortable, clean, and classy! We attended the wedding of the daughter of friends, and the reception in the Cornhusker was fantastic. The only fault we found was a missed wake-up call in the morning - which was made up for by a voucher for a complementary breakfast at their lovely restaurant. We often need to work in Lincoln, and the Cornhusker is our first choice for accomodations since it is within walking distance of the Haymarket area, a great movie theatre, coffee shops, and restaurants.

This hotel has a great downtown location, but I didn't find it to be worth the money. It is very elegant but in 70s color and style--not exactly my cup of tea. Front desk was extremely slow. Pool was down in basement so was very muggy and mildewy smelling.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Cornhusker. What a beautiful hotel!! The service was impeccable and the staff very friendly and accomodating. We had a group and rented two suites and an additional room. Everyone was pleased with their accomodations: cleanliness, beautiful decor, very comfortable beds and lovely linens. We also had very good and delicious room service, and, Sunday hosted a family brunch for eleven. Again, the food was delicious and the service extremely good. And the beauty of the restaurant -- the artwork by John Wullbrandt was exquisite. The location is perfect - right downtown within walking distance of restaurants and the UNL campus and stadium - although we were graciously shuttled about by the hotel whenever we asked. Lastly, the rates for this beautiful hotel are very reasonable. We are from the Southern California area and would expect to pay much, much more for a comparable experience. We highly recommend this hotel - we have travelled around the world and the Cornhusker would get a five-star award!

ROOMS ARE GREAT ALL PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENDTIVE. FOOD SERVICES WERE FINE. COFFEE SHOP COULD BE IMPROVED. WE ARE USED TO A LITTLE MORE VARIETY AND A PLACE TO SIT

The hotel lobby and service were okay but the rooms and bathrooms were very outdatedand ugly. We were also woken up at 8am by construction vibrating the room.
