Super 8 Motel Chadron, Chadron

Just went online to make reservations. Did use the Advance Purchase Rate - and then read fine print, can't cancel - no refund regardless, not even within 5 minutes of making the reservation. If I had seen that before I made reservation, would not have made them. Terrible way to do business!

Our first experience there was our wedding weekend. They upgraded us to the largest room with a hot tub bath and king size bed at no cost. They have always been friendly and provided us with any extras we needed. We stay there every time we go back to visit family nearby. It's not a big fancy place but then you don't have the big fancy price either and you have a clean and friendly place to stay. The indoor pool is definently a plus.

Pretty much a standard super 8 motel, very friendly and accomodating staff was willing to help in any way. I read one of the reviews posting that the rooms are old and run down, its a super 8 not the Hilton, just cause its not brand new doesn't mean its run down, its just like the hundreds of others I have slept in, if not better. Also the internet connection worked great.

The rooms are run down, and old. The room was very small. DId have a kink size bed. when i tried calling to make a reservation, they didn't answer the phone.
