Aspen Ridge Extended Stay, Omaha

The room was comfortable. I like the bedding, curtains and setup. I liked the kitchen as well and there was a laundry room close my room. The staff were nice and the it was a good location. It didn't seem like a hotel or motel, it was like I was visiting a friends house and that's what I liked about it. I've stayed here twice (once in 2010, once in 2011) and plan to stay on my next visit to Omaha.

This place has really gone down hill. Filthy dirty, rooms smell like dog poo. Would be comfortable, though outdated...but the filth has just sky rocketed this place to a one star in my book. If you don't care about cleanliness or odors...nice place to stay since you have access to washer/dryer and full kitchen..though the kitchen is not well stocked and the laundry room is a gross and high priced...1.75 to wash and about double to get your load dried. there has to be a better place to stay for the money.

2/16/08--I loved everything about this location & hotel; felt like a home away from home. Let's see where do I start--ok, the price was great, our room had a full kitchen, living room with a fireplace, the toilet was set back away from the shower, plus it had 2 large closets, and a setting area with a sink. I did not bring my dog with me bc I thought it would be just like other hotels & I didnt want my dog to bark at every noise; big mistake--each room is set up just like a small apt. The staff was great, the rooms clean, the location was near the mall & plenty of places to eat. the continental breakfast was great as well; it was not like other hotels--they had the normal breakfast, as well as, a hot breakfast bar. I have stayed in real pricey hotels that wasnt no where as nice as this hotel. GREAT JOB!!! & THANK U TO EVERYONE AT THE Hawthorn Suites Omaha. WE WILL BE BACK, & PLAN ON MAKING ALL OF OUR STAYS AT HAWTHORN SUITES FROM NOW ON WHERE EVER WE GO.

I had a great time at this hotel. Unlike other hotels, large & small, housekeeping everyday. Clean rooms and beds. Great staff. Great breakfast everyday. Nice pool, and lobby area to socialize after work with co-workers traveling together. Great place for families as well. Large condo style rooms. Bed, bathroom, and small living room area as well as kitchen with full fridge and stove as well as a microwave.
