Ok place to stay

We stayed here for 3 nights.... ok value and courteous service. On warm days, it is nice to have breakfast outside the office area. Clean rooms.

Great Hotel

Not only did we enjoy our stay, but the customer service was top notch. We accidentally left a cell phone charger in our room and it was promptly delivered to our home in Columbus, OH the next day. Thanks for all your help, Gary!

Very nice place to stay

All in all it was a really nice hotel. There are 3 Best Westerns in West Yellowstone (amazing for such a small town!). There is a heated pool and hottub outside, which is also very nice and taken good care of. The breakfast that they offer is one of the best that I had in more than 20 days on my trip. I would stay again anytime.

Good place to stay

The rooms were clean, neet, and well cared for and the location is great for access to Yellowstone Park. The included contental breakfast was good and the food fresh. The eating area was a little crampted at the time we chose to go to breakfast, but our experience was overall very good. We will stay there again when we return to Yellowstone Park.

Overall, a clean and comfortable room. Conveniently located close to the west entrance to Yellowstone national park. The fridge and microwave were very useful. The wireless internet access was extremely slow. Our 2nd floor wooden floor (underneath the carpet) creaked a bit at certain points and I wondered how much disturbance it was for the people downstairs.

Customer Service Rules Stink

While tring to change a reservation, they charged me for the oringinal date as well as the two I wanted even though I refused to stay there after being informed of their "rule". They said everyone in town does that.

There is no other place like this!

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. - on the 6th day - God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning. Since I came to Yellowstone the first time, I belief, Yellowstone must be the place, where God rested from all his work. "Thank you, to Best Western Weston Inn"
