There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel! Super friendly hotel staff, awesome breakfast bar, beautiful landscaping, and the rooms were extremely clean and homey! It's probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! I thorougly enjoyed my stay and on a scale of 1-10, I would have to rate it a 20!!!!! A+++++++++++++++++

DONT DO IT PLEASE!! ITS NASTY!
By MeMe22, 02/15/09
Recently stayed at the Residence Inn St. Louis Galleria and it was simply uncomfortable, over priced and disgusting. The customer service was horrible as well but I will get to that soon. Upon arriving it was not what we thought and not what was described on the phone/online. Our room was small and dingy looking. The bed was beyond hard, the couch was nasty, and the carpet had what it looked to be blood on it. The kitchen was not pleasant looking, the bathroom was not welcoming and it did not smell fresh at all. My boyfriend and I woke up on Saturday morning itching and both complaining of feelings of being bitten. So basically we believe we had bed mites or something of that sort in the bed. We didn’t call the front desk because we were in and out of the room. We checked out early because we could not longer take how uncomfortable the room was. I called the next morning (Sunday fed 15, 09) and spoke with a rude customer service rep named Deanna. I explained the situation and she did not care at all. She continued to ask why I didn’t call the front desk and refused to let me finish telling her about our stay. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed that he was not on the property. She could not find our reservation and when she did she told me that we were charged two totally different prices. I continued to attempt to speak with her and she finally hung up the phone. I called back only to receive no answer. I then called from another number and Ms. Deanna picked up. I told her that I did not appreciate her hanging up on me and that I would be informing her manager of the poor customer service she offered. She stated that she did not care and hung up again. There are so many other hotels around the area. Please don’t stay in this on. For $109 a night I expect comfort and friendly customer service and that is something we did not get. As an overview 1.The bed obviously had some type of critter in it as we both complained of itching and small bumps. 2.The bathroom was not clean. 3.The kitchen was not clean. 4.The carpet looked as if it had blood on it. 5.The bed was brick hard and very uncomfortable. 6.The smell in the room was far from fresh. 7.The customer service was horrible thanks to Ms. Deanna.

one more time
By grant, 04/12/06
more selection for the dinner items. It was very limited and sometimes the food was not enough for the member of guest at the hotel. Also, more staff was needed to keep up with the number of people at the dining room. Only 1 staff member was responsible to cook and to take care of the facility. Breakfast was much better and more organized.

Comfortable Rooms!

The Hotel was very nice. Rooms were very comfortable. The pool was quite small and cold. Also, someone from the hotel had to be with you while you were swimming!

They Treated Us Like Family!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/02/05
From the moment we checked in, until the time we checked out, this hotel treated us like family. They were friendly and anxious to see to our comfort. The breakfast bar was full, fresh, and of great variety. The rooms were clean and tasteful. Our family (my husband, several children, grandchildren, and myself) enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. It was well within the distance we required for our visits to Six Flags St. Louis and the St. Louis Zoo. We would heartily recommend this Residence Inn.

Can't wait to go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/10/05
Hi my name is Tiffany and I visited the Residence Inn in May, what I like about hte place was that is was roomy, there was a up and down stairs, the rooms were very spacious and it was kinda off in a area by itself and I love that. I like being somewhere where you won't find a lot of people and it's quiet. My overall experience at the Residence Inn was wonderful and I will be returning soon!
