NO HELP FOR THE HANDICAPPED

I TRIED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS SO I SAW NO PLACE ON THE WEBSITE TO ASK ABOUT HANDICAPPED ACCOMODATIONS. BEING A HOLIDAY WEEKEND THEY ARE BOOKED UP WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THE HOTEL IS ONLY AS GOOD AS IT'S STAFF AND THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT TRYING TO GET A GROUND FLOOR SAYING I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND I MAY NOT GET A NONSMOKING ROOM . THE 800 NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY TRIED CALLING THEM TO NO AVAIL. I WILL BE LODGING A COMPLAINT ON RIPOFFREPORT.COM. I THOUGHT THERE WERE LAWS TO ACCOMODARING HANDICAPPED. BUT THEN AGAIN COMMON SENSE AND CIVILTY AND POLITENESS SHOULD COME FIRST. A HOTEL MANAGER IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE MORONS THAT WORK FOR THEM AND THEY SHOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO MAKE A DECISION IN THEIR ABSCENCE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN ABSCENCE OF THE MANAGER AND KNOW HOW TO RUN THE HOTEL. I WILL GO TO THE COMPETITION WHICH IS WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I CANNOT PUT WEIGHT ON MY LEG AND I AM OUT OF WORK FOR 3 MONTHS. I JUST WANT TO GET UT OF THE HOUSE TO MEET FRIENDS AND APPARENTLY BEST WESTERN MOBERLY MISSOURI IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT.
