Still the best in the area!!

Nothing to dislike about this place at all. From the friendly people that work there, to the changes in the Interstate leading there it is a great place. Changes make it safer and easier to walk over to the sports complex. The free food in the AM and PM is good and you can't beat FREE. Have stayed here several times while going to see the Royals at THE K and will continue to do so. While other Hotels in the area have changed ownership and names the Drury Inn has stayed the same and only gotten better. The Denny's next door can be busy at times so be prepared to wait for a table, but it is good for the value. And just down I-70 E are more resturants and lots of sight seeing and shopping.

Geat stay!

My husband and I stayed here on a Sat. night. Love the breaKFAST. HE MADE HIMSELF waffles. Can you believe it? We still had plenty of time to walk over to the ballpark to see batting practice. The front desk workers were very good. Showed us the public computer, which I used to download our tickets. We will go back to see the Chiefs.

love the service

the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, breakfast was ok, but, i was most impressed with the night clerk, that checked me in, he was so accomadating he told me exactly how to get to my room and told me about the amenities, i have never seen a person so friendly and so happy to see people, even though i am sure the hotel was full he gave me all the attention needed and i think you should reward him, and i know his name was chuck because that is my grandson's name i just hope when my grandson gets old enough to work he turns out to be just as nice as him thank you chuck and the entire staff

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed a few days vacation and chose this hotel because of the stadium. It would be nice if there was a shuttle service to the field. It was convenient to downtown, and other sites we chose to see. It was very clean, a great variety to the breakfast menu and gated parking - although the back gate seemed to remain open all day. We will stay here again if we get the chance.

Great place to stay

My family and I always try to stay at the Drury Inn when we visit Kanasa City. It is a very clean and friendly place to stay.With our big family the quick breakfast is great and saves us a bunch of money.

Not great, not horrible!

We recently stayed the Drury Inn & Suites-KC Stadium and had an "average" stay. We are smokers so were relieved to have smoking room but it was on the top floor and the a/c didn't cool very well and there were no fans available. The vending machines on most floors were out of most of the soda. The windows were filthy and could barely be seen through. There was an issue with the tub filling up while showering and the temperature in the shower changed about 10 times while I showered for 5 minutes and the toilet didn't flush well either. The free drink/snack and breakfast was okay. Overall, I feel that for the money that I spent on the room for two nights that we should have been more impressed.

Great service and Location Location Location! This hotel is a bargain considering the parking across the street. No waiting after the game and the guests are treated great.

Not bad at all

My daughter and I attended a Royals game and spent the night. We had a nice room at a fair price. Easy access to game by foot,final was 8-3 yankees tho...next time Red Sox play we will stay again.

Great place and people

Easy to get to. Food was great and alot of choices. Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff and nice relaxing rooms. Have stayed here before and will plan on staying here again. Only suggestion would be having the drinks for after ball games as well as the happy hour. And possibly getting a shuttle of some kind to the stadium. It is not a bad walk but for older persons or those not in the best of health those hills can get to you.

It was a GREAT experiance!!!!!

We liked the service,and the pool! The Smoking area was a very neat idea because it was away from all the nonsmoking rooms. The brakefast area was very big and had a lot of things to choose from. I would go back because of the service and the rooms. The hotel was in the middle of all the activeties in the city. There is so many food stops around the hotel. The pool was an indoor,outdoor pool that you swam under a half wall and you were outside. Go to the Drury Hotel today and I know you will be back,I KNOW WE WILL!!
