Great!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/31/08
I was very pleased with our room. It was clean and looked very nice for the price. I was actualy shocked that it was as nice as it turned out to be. The price had me septacle at first but they could've charged more. The pool was heated and the hot tub is nice. The few things I did't like were the expensive vending machines and the very rude and slow front desk lady named Tina! Other then that I have no complpaints and will definately be coming back

Only good thing is the pool
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/07
It has a excellent pool when kept clean. The rest of the hotel is dirty, service poor, workers unconcerned and extremely rude. No control over their own property. A wedding party started a loud ugly fight at 2 am until 4:30 and the front desk clerk's only comment was the people were drunk and there was nothing for her to do. It is no longer a Best Western and it certainly shows why. For your own benefit stay away and tell others to do the same.

Bad isn't the word for it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/07
This was the worst place ever. From the moment we walked in it was nasty. The carpets filthy, the exterminator standing there, the wallpaper peeling off the wall, someone behind the desk asking for a room for "just a little while"...After walking down the hallway after check in, we noticed the highly over-chlorinated pool-after seeing this so far, there was no way I would put my kids in there-our eyes were burning. We got to the room, hair on the bathroom floor, not clean at all, turned around and went back to the desk and informed them there was no way my family could stay here and left. They didn't act suprised.

Not a bad place
By Kace, 07/06/07
We chose this hotel because of it's location between the mall and downtown St. Louis, without actually staying in St. Louis. We were supposed to have a suite with an oversized tub, but they claimed that they couldn't promise that, and we instead ended up with a mini bar. The room itself was clean and big, and there weren't really any problems with the room. The pool seemed well-kept. The hotel was slightly run-down on the outside and in the lobby. There were problems with the fact that it adjoins a bar. It was hard to find a parking spot at night, and there were several drunk people in the parking lot that propositioned my friends and me. Other than the few problems, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The continental breakfast was standard fare: cereal, toast, and muffins. I would recommend this hotel.

NO PARKING
By Addie H, 03/18/07
well hope that you do not come into the hotel during the bar hours because you will have a very hard time finding a place to park since the hotel shares theparking with a very very busy bar hotel should have parking just for guests. No microwave and no fridge . Pool was nice until we found a family of Cochroaches scurring out from under our pool chairs and seeking shelter under the tables . SO you can probably guess I DO NOT RECEMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Don't Stay Here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/05
This place was dirty and the staff was RUDE. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They didn't have our room ready when we arrived and we were told that they didn't know when it would be clean so we would just have to take a smaller room. No apology was given. Maid service did not show up at all one day and we were awaken on our last night by a constant pounding on our wall and when we called to the front desk they could care less. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Cold Shower would be better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/05
Tried it because of price difference with Hampton Inn behind it. BIG MISTAKE. Got up to shower, it did not work AT ALL. No adjustment, just a 'sorry' at the desk. NO COFFEE, NO CONTINENTAL breakfast 'til the restaurant opens at 7 a.m. Sit down and wait! Pay the difference and stay at the Hampton.

Shuttle service to airport
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/05
Everything was fine upon the stay and the shuttle to the airport. However, upon returning I used the phone at the airport to call and ask for them to pick me up from the airport and to the hotel to pick up my car. I waited, and waited, and waited. I called again, this time from my cell phone and was told the van was on its way. Again, I waited, and waited, and waited. The total wait was about 45 minutes and still no van in site. I finally caught a cab and paid $23.00 to get me back to the hotel to get my car (which by the way was about a 7 minute ride). This was supposed to be a park and fly package. I will not stay there again because of this.
