Super 8 St. Paul Area Roseville, Roseville

I like that the front desk was friendly some of them and that it was fun too be in the whirlpool and relax when i could but what i didnt like is that the housekeeping mix business with pleasure, I could not enjoy my stay due too that one of your housekeeping the african american female kept trying to sleep with my husband instead of her doing her job she is follow me and my husband on every floor asking like she is cleaning using the mexican american to do the work so she can knox on my door to see if i am there so she can enter i feel very uncomfortable i could not enjoy my stay i been here since dec 2010 until feb 2011 and the whole time i have observe her action and I have told front desk supervisier that she need to get a hold of too her staff tell them to clean something instead of trying to do sexual acts toward the guest that check in i am with my children which are teenage and they have can to me and complai n to me about the situation I do not what too make a big deal with the staff but what i can say is you are coming with your family to enjoy your stay at the super 8 hotel in roseville your husband will be a target in the hotel by the house keeping and i have been through the experices and it is not comfort to cannot leave your room without one of the staff member is throwing her self at your husband in the lobby in the breakfast room on the floor by my room with the housekeping cart like they are cleaning i will never tell someone to come there unless you are planing to sleep with the staff member or cheating on your partner because that is all that i seen and observe mixing business with pleasure the room when you there they dont clean unless they see someone they like they then make it there business to come by your room not ask you if you need anything this is the worst stay i have had at any hotel of course i stay that only cause my husband was paying for it he saw all the advance he could get out this stay other then good customer care so if the corporate office is reading this please sheen your emplyee background because i will let my family and friend with husband ,boyfriend any body they care about to that hotel only go if you are a cheating partner get it too together super 8 i will be letting BBB no of all this i have experices.

The hotel smells bad. I can't even describe the smell. The floors creak and bend like you are in a trailer. The rooms are dirty. Two of the people in our group claim to have blood on the walls and ceiling. I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying at this place.

I made reserv for four nights, stayed 1st night but didn't need last 3 nights. Front desk said I couldn't get credit because paid on internet. Contacted Travelocity/yahoo to cancel. Corresponded that Super 8 said that they wouldn't give refund. Will not stay at Super 8 or use travel site to reserve/confirm room.

We went down for a weekend with friends and this hotel was BAD!! It was dirty. I didn't even want to to walk around without shoes on. The pool looks like it has never been cleaned and was freezing. Both my friend and I had allergies going nuts because of the mold or whatever it was in our bathrooms. The AC in our room didn't work and our friend's room didn't have a screen on the window and they had children in their room. The best part of the whole weekend was my husband forgot his medication there. When called to see if they found them were told to call back the next day because they were to busy to look.

First of all, the bedding was so dirty, I wanted to sleep in the tub. It is as if they rotate their bedding without washing. The hallways smelled of mold, mildew and another unidentifiable odor. This is the most unkept hotel I have ever seen in my life. I recommend for a even better price; The Travel Lodge (Mariott) in St. Louis Park. This comes with a kitchen, Free Wifi, an unbelievably clean and comfortable bed with excellent service, quiet and secure. We saved money by moving from the Super 8 to this hotel. And by the way, the location is perfect! Forget the Super 8 in Roseville forever. They truly need to get it together. Before somebody catches something foul...

We just wanted to take a little vacation and stay at a hotel for a night. DISCUSTING!!!! The whole floor smelt like a bar,(non-smoking rooms too?) We think there was mold of some sort on the tub, the pool and hot tub didn't look like it had really had a good cleaning in who knows how long!!! It was just gross!!! I understand it was cheap, but that was over the top!!

SERVICE: Check-in went smooth. We gave our credit card and were told that it was just to guarantee the room, but we could pay cash when we checked out. At check-out, the credit card was charged for our room without the clerk asking us, and we were told that we should've stated that at check-in. We asked for extra bedding before going out for the evening, and it was in our room when we returned. CLEANLINESS: We had a group of eight rooms, and everyone's was dirty. We had lint balls and hair behind our bathroom door and under the sink, and there was garbage under our bed. If you are a neat freak or are germophobic, this is not the place for you. VALUE: The price of the room would've been fine had we had a clean room. LOCATION: We were attending a conference in downtown St. Paul, and it was an ok distance from there. There were plenty of food choices near the hotel.

This has to be the worst Super 8 we've ever stayed in. The room was dirty (garbage on the floor between beds & nightstand, cobwebs in the window, dust balls hanging from the ceiling, mold all over the shower curtain, carpet not vacuumed), doors were slamming or being beat on all night long, and the beds were lumpy and miserable. Service was practically non-existent. Hotel employees seemed to have their friends, relatives, and/or children all hanging around, eating in the pool, visiting, etc. Avoid this place!

I stayed on a weekly basis and yes, it is noisy especially on winter weekends when out of towners bring their kids to the indoor pool(the hot tub is nice too). They don't give a lot of service on a weekly rate. This property is frequented by long haul truckers and weekly paying workers and is more suited as an extended stay. It's convenient to the Rosedale Mall and a few restaurants within walking distance. Internet service is dicey and does not boast of ripping internet speeds.

My boyfriend and I are going into our third and fourth years of college. We go to the cities for a weekend getaway every summer. We can't spend a whole lot but we love the option to go swimming at a hotel and be close to so many great options! I've never had a rude employee, always a complimentary breakfast, and like I said close to everything!
