Not a good experience!

The good thing about our experience at the Kahler Inn and Suites is that it was close to the Mayo Clinic. Less than pleasureable experiences: the key card failed to work, the hot tub was surrounded with old, gooey band-aids and other garbage, the pool was only 3 feet deep, they have an inadequate amount of parking, small hot tub, terrible breakfast including gloppy oatmeal and a bowl of rotten oranges, and last but not least, an overflowing toilet that they did not send anyone to fix (After we left I assume they dealt with it).
I talked to someone at the front desk who said, "Oh, that's too bad." I e-mailed the company and received no reply. We're going to Rochester again next month and we will not be staying at the Kahler Inn and Suites.
