Disappointed

This is my third time at this hotel (business). The first time was not bad. My second stay the I was moved twice do to air conditioning not working properly. I'm now here for my third stay and was moved once for airconditioning problems and the second room smelled like smoke even though it was suppose to be smoke free. The management does not seemed over friendly and not to willing to handle such problems. I would most likely chose another hotel the next time.

A good hotel

The Courtyard hotel was a nice place to stay. I've stayed at a number of Courtyard hotels around the country and this one was as good as any of them. The only problem I found with the room was that the thermostat for the heat was not affixed to the wall properly thus not allowing good temperature control in the room. I think that the hotel could change it policy on long distance phone calls. I think that a 35% surcharge for the use of the phone in the room is excessive.

Great hotel experience

The staff was very friendly. No questions or problems with booking through Yahoo and free peanut butter cookies at the recepion desk! The only thing we would have liked to have different would be the additon of a continental breakfast, but unfortunately, they did not have this.
