A Very Bad Experience For Senior Citizens
We stayed here 5/19 and it was an awful experience. They gave us a room in Building 9 away from the Main Hotel and we either had to walk outside for a long walk with no lites or inside up and down stairs to get to the Main Lobby. I had asked them for a location that is close and this is what I got. When we opened the door to the room, no lights worked and we almost fell. The plugs were out of all the lamps and one lamp had no bulb. The room looked as if it had not been vacuumed in months. Even the toilet was dirty. The sheet had stains and so did the blanket. We asked for new sheets and new blanket and were told they had no blanket. They left a cover for us that is for a bed. I then demanded that they buy a blanket and somehow they came up with a blanket but that was shabby, too. I did not sleep the whole night worrying about the bed and the room. I got the creeps! How can anyone sleep with a dirty cover and not a blanket? Their overall attitude was not good, and they even gave me a double bill from Priceline when I used Hotwire, which I had to take care of and get adjusted. The Hotel staff is not professional at all. But, one nice man did let me use their computer to get on the Internet, but that room was filthy, too, and had food laying around that was half eaten...what a mess! The location was excellent, and the breakfast was good, but Do Not Stay Here as you will be disappointed with the room.
