Excellent Service Great Stay
By SteveP, 07/03/08
Excellent service from the front desk. I believe his name was Thomas Heath. He gave us complimentary breakfast after we had some experience with the electrical in our room. He knows how to make customer happy. Funny thing, an older gentlemen in the breakfast room was also very kind. He gave us some cookies to take on the trip. My son and I love the swimming pool and heath club. This is a great place to stay. The location is not the best but still a great place. Thanks again Thomas H. You are my kind of guy. My family did enjoyed the stayed.

Bad Service, noisy heaitng and air conditioning and overall poor service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/05/08
Front desk staff makes promises they can't keep-like finding a quiet room and the manager never called me to discuss the problem. Really loud heating and a/c.

Expect timely maid service? forget it.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/09/07
We went out for the day, returned at 7:00 PM and opened the door to a mess--unmade beds, all our dirty towells still piled on the bathroom floor. No cleaning, of anything, whatsoever. From 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM, all we got from the front desk were promises to clean immediately. It took three hours before anyone finally brought us clean towels--we had to make our own beds. When we returned that evening, dirty room-service dishes outside doors, lined up and down the hallways. Have fun with that one, folks. When my son walked into the pool room, with his two children, He was accosted by a woman employee warning them NOT to do this, NOT to do that. It scared the kids: they immediately left the pool room.

This is a Sheraton?
By Ray, 04/26/07
This hotel is simply stunning from the outside. It looks like a castle! However, you can't always judge a book by it's cover. Right off the bat my experience started negative as I had reserved a smoking room two weeks in advance and was informed that all their smoking rooms were full. Makes you wonder why they even have reservations if they're just going to give the rooms out to somebody else anyways. My room was clean for the most part, but needed some maintenance. The carpet was worn through in a couple spots and shredded in another. The bathtum looked like it had mildew or something on it and could've used a good scrubbing. Two things really irked me about this hotel. One, they charge $10 a day for internet. If I'm going to pay $139 a night to stay at a hotel they should throw internet in with the package. Two, my reservation form clearly says "Free continental breakfast provided." However, there is no free breakfast here. What they do have is eggs, bacon, toast, juice, and a beverage for $18, plus a $3 delivery fee, plus 18% gratuity. So, it's about $25 if you want breakfast at the hotel. Also, as sort of a continuation of two, the water from the tap is not very pleasant...so they placed two 1 liter bottles of water on the desk, which is great...except that there's a little tag on each one that says the room will be charged $3.25 per bottle. Talk about nickle and diming a person to death... In summary, this place may have been a 3 star hotel at one time, but I'm guessing it hasn't been checked out lately. It's an iffy 2 now. Very overpriced for what you get!

Bad Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/19/05
This hotel was simply average. It's a long way from Boston's Logan Airport. If you are taking a taxi, after the fare + tolls, it will cost you around $80. Not my idea of a good location. However, it seems to be the popular place to stay, particularly if you are in the Framingham area. The conference center was nice. Room service was nice and so were the front desk staff. Still, if you are thinking location (and there's not much in close proximity of the hotel) I'd stay somewhere else. It's not the cheapest place either.
