Absolute Nightmare
We should have turned around when we saw the tailgate party in the parking lot, but didn't. The lock on our door was broken so we couldn't get in w/o assistance. Our first floor window was completely cracked. There was a full blown party in the pool area, complete with broken bottles and trash strewn everywhere (but mgmt didn't seem to notice). While at the front desk attempting to get working keys for the 3rd time, the supervisor decided to embarass us by loudly demanding we go back to our room and put on shoes, I explained that we would, if we could get in the door. On that note we decided to leave (2 hours after we checked in). The supervisor, Isabel, said she would find us a new room with a working door and unbroken window. We waited for half our in our wet bathing suits without a word from her. When my bf left to get our refund, he found the maintenance man attempting to fix the lock next door. He pointed him to our lock and both men spent another 15 mins trying to access our room before success. We left 5 mins later. I called the following Monday & spoke with Joan, after relaying our story she actually said to me " So whats the point of this phone call, I'm not sure what you're trying to get at"
I explained that I just thought someone should know how horrible our experience was, she said she'd mention it to the owner. We will NEVER go back.
