I called to ask about a Sunday Brunch there, and the idiot answering the phone had no idea. First he said yes, then asked the person next to him if they DID have a brunch, and came back to me with "no, they don't", but they had a breakfast. After 5 minutes of trying to get simple information regarding times or cost and getting conflicting information, I hung up very little the wiser.
Their website has none of this information, either.
I was NOT impressed with this whole experience. Will I go there? HIGHLY UNLIKELY!!! If they can't get their act together just for a phone operator or main desk customer service person, why would I think they run the place any better??!!
