Never satisfied customers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/23/09
READING REVIEWS ; for people that seems never satisfied, just stay at the Hilton or high price hotels next time..... My daughter and family are there at the moment , she said it is older style hotel , but clean and nice enough, you are only there to sleep afterall..

OMG
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/09
Had to stay because gas leak in my home - jr. suite had mildew (had to prove it to mgr.) - was chged to another room - had spiders - outside fire and the alarms did not work - sofa bed broken - food was not prepared well - over spicy - over priced and generally not worth the price chged. Room service slow and often left w/out bringing all silverware - condiments. Spent too long and spent too much

Good party place
By , 05/25/09
They dont mind if you throw small get togethers with friends as long as the noise is under control. Ive thrown a party myself..and went to a few and there were no problems. Just let them know, and they'll try to give you a room thats away from everyone. SOmething that pissed me off was that according to the photo's we had the corner junior suite. But then when we got there they were like.."This is the King suite" when it clearly wasnt. Get the names of your rooms right! We asked for the king suite thinking it was a bigger room but then they gave us this and we couldnt switch. Overall, its a pretty good place. Very clean. Just make sure you name the right room you want

worst hotel stay ever
By , 05/20/08
paid for room in advance on the 14 for the stay on the 16th and was locked out of room each day. the bed was broken layed in it and it was slanting to the right. cut my toe on broken glass in the bathroom. candy wrapers behind the nightstand. peanut shells on hall floor for 3 days. tv channels fuzzy. meldew on the shower curtian.2nd night they cleaned room but never put trash bags in the can. never took dirty towels, washclothes left in tub and never restocked. waited over an hour to get back in room had to call credit card company to prove that i had already paid in advance and still was given greif. mention the problem and the did not respond. this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. i may have been better off staying in a 1 or 2 star. was not worth 165.00 per night. i would not advise anyone to stay here.

Peace of mind, while my hubby is away......
By VICTORIA, 03/03/08
My husband is currently staying at this hotel for business. He sent pics to me, from his cell phone. The room looks wonderful and he states that the service is awesome. He has a few more days left there and is very content....maybe, to happy. Just kidding, it would be better, if I were with him. He will definetly recommend this hotel again. Thanks Holiday Inn for making my special hubby a happy man, while being away from home. It makes me feel better to know that he is happy. Tori G. :- )

What a Nightmare...Never Again!
By Jessica, 11/19/07
The service was not what was previously experienced. I made Reservations for 14 rooms for a Cheerleading competition. I was told that the entire team would be on the 6th floor. Well that was not the case, my entire team was scattered from the 3rd floor to the 11th floor. One of my coaches went to lay on the bed to relax after an hour and a half travel and the bed collapsed to the floor. Another parent on the team went to unload her bags into her room and found the bed unmade, a dirty bathroom with the previous guests toothbrush in the sink. Then it got a little better, we made dinner reservations for 6:30PM. When we arrived upstairs to the restaurant (6:25PM) We were informed that there was not enough space to accomodate, and we should have made reservations. Well I point out to the hostess that My name, group, and # of people was clearly listed on her "reservation" schedule. Needless to say we finally ate dinner at 8:00PM. What a Mess! I tried to talk with the Senior Sales Manager, who originally took the reservations, and yet she has not returned my calls!

Great Stays
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/06
Went for business three different times - great wireless access throughout the property - in the room, the restaurant, the meeting room, the lobby, the Bakery area - you get the idea. Very friendly staff, very clean. Restaurant is far above typical hotel food, and they actually do room service right...
