Days Inn Towson, Towson

checked in room #1 and key wouldnt work room #2 no heat in room and it was freezing and bathroom ceiling was falling in. we always stay at this hotel when in bmore 2 visit family but will no5t again after everything we went thru 2 finaly get 2 sleep at 3a.m. and paid almost 100 dollars 4 the room. We was not reimbursed anythinng or even offered a discount on next stay after all we went thru becuz it was late when we realized ceiling was falling in when u tryed 2 shut bathroom door, becuz we had nt tryed 2 shut earlier or noticed the problem and we bundled up with no heat cuz we didnt feel like having 2 move everything again, but we finaly moved to room #3 at 3 a.m. wil never stay here again.

The bed had uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows. The tv remote didn't work. Shower was cracked. Toilet was dirty. The hotel wasn't clean. The room smelled bad. The breakfest was ok. Found mice in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

The Ramada Towson is a nice and quiet hotel. Although the exterior corridors bothered me a bit, but once I got inside the room it was very comforting. The room was clean and smelled nice. I had 3 neighboring hotels to choose from and was pleased with choosing this hotel. I had a quiet evening and a helpful staff making sure everything was fine with my room. The bathroom was clean, beds comfortable, and just an overall good experience for me. I do wish to return when I need some peace and quiet. Thank you again Ramada Towson for a good experience.

Although the Ramada Towson is an exterior entrance hotel, which deter some guests, find it rather convenient. I was given a room that I could pull up to and also keep an eye on my vehicle if I thought to. The area was quiet and I didn't have any problems throughout the night. The bed was very comfortable. They had an ample amount of pillows which added to the peaceful night's sleep. My only drawback was the continental breakfast, it was anything but continental. I do hope they upgrade this so-called breakfast soon. Overall the staff is great and the room was clean what more can you ask for!!!!

was in the area and saw that they had a restuarant and lounge called Mango Manny's. I was watching the baseball game and it was quite nice. I enjoyed myself so much that I decided stay at the hotel instead of driving home. Check in was painless and the gentlemen accomodated me well with a nice comfortable and quiet room. The bathroom area was clean nothing on the carpet, just overall a clean room. I would like to thank the Ramada Towson for a nice quiet evening away from home. Thank you Mango Manny's for good food as well.

At first the check in went smoothly, received the key, and proceeded to my room. To my surprise the room key didn't work. I tried a few times, but to no avail. I returned to the front desk and the gentlemen apologized and gave me a new room with new keys. I successfully got into this room and was impressed by this room. The clean smell, clean microwave and fridge, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with ample towels. The only thing I didn't understand was the breakfast tickets and the woman who collected them. I wasn't in a any rush, but if I was in a rush i couldn't take it out of the restaurant. She watched everyone like a hawk! Outside of that and the rocky start I had a very enjoyable stay at a nice price.

I stay almost each week for a break away from my day to day. The Ramada Towson staff knows me by name and always takes care of me. They are very welcoming and if any problems do arise they tackle it head on. The rooms are always clean and I'm never disturbed by anyone. I do wish everyone saw the hotel as I experienced it. The price is just right compared to the surrounding hotels, nice pool, good food in the restaurant, and an overall nice place to relax. Thanks Ramada Towson.

For the price it was a pretty nice stay. I didn't have many complaints though the floor could have been vacuumed a bit better than it was and the outside corridors. The location is great and nice suburb of baltimore off the interstate 695. The overall staff was very helpful, I believe Ms. Gail is her name gave accurate directions into the inner harbor and was very kind when checking us in. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and quiet throughout the night. We will visit this Ramada again, for the staff is helpful down to the breakfast staff was pretty good despite the ticket situation.

We chose the Ramada Towson as a last minute stop for business purposes. We originally had planned for 2 nights, but the job only took one day and we checked out. The first night was more than we expected, the staff was great and the restaurant and lounge was just the same. The breakfast was fine in the morning aside from the hostess who begs for a ticket for some reason. Overal the Ramada Towson was a great stay and would definitely return.

The Ramada Towson provided with with a quite night's stay. It was a day of relaxation by the pool, which could have opened up a bit earlier. The check in process was quick and simple, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. The only improvement could be the continental breakfast selections. Overall I would recommend the Ramada Towson.
