WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR THE HOTEL TO STAY OVER NIGHT??????

The base commander at Andrews AFB listed this place as off limits for all personnel assigned to the Air Force District of Washington due to its "detriment to the health and welfare of armed forces service members."

This place is a FN DUMP!!!! The elevator didn't work and Out of Order was PAINTED on the door. The bed had long blond hair in the bed, hand towels, toilet and tub. The sheets had incredible stains on them. There was no remote to the TV and the dresser was broken. The chair in the room was horrible!!! They charged me $70.00 per night. I did not feel safe at all with the loud music and loitering around the hotel door that night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was given nice room with clean bed and good service especially for price I had paid. I will recomment to my friends

Had a horrible experience! This place was so bad we had to leave and find another hotel with two tired children in tow! AC was broken and the room was incredibly hot and roaches were climbing up the walls! However, when we saw the mouse sitting on the bathroom counter looking at us, that was all we could handle!! Our 2 year old is still talking about the "brown bugs" three days later. We was refused a refund and now consider it a life lesson learned! Very rude employees who did not seem to understand why we were upset (as if mice and roaches are normal)?? Lobby was nice, however, I did not find the same pride in the rooms. I would not recommend this place to friends and/or stangers. A big waste of our time and money.

The local Health Dept will occasionally do STD screenings in the parking lot because the hotel is in a high morbidity area and there are usually many high risk individuals that frequent the hotel (hence the 'no reservations, walk up only')

I called in advance to ask for rates and if I could make reservations. The man spoke nearly a diffrent language and rudely states that they make ABSOLUTLY no reservations. Like the last reviewer said... don't bother.

I had a good stay even thoughits on a busy street you would never know it. It's queit and the location isn't too bad. convience. But realize that it's privately own not a chain meaning there are no customer service department. Just the clerk and the manager. But I would recommend this place to my firnds.
