Atlantic Motor Inn, Wells

Liked everything about it. We were well assisted when asked and we were left alone otherwise. All staff,especially the Owners were extremely willing to please and make are stay as comfortable as possible. Celebrated our 40th last visit--going for 41 this time/ Rain or Shine. disliked having to leave.

We have stayed at the Motor Inn for the past six seasons, and, unfortunately, on this trip, we noticed a definite decline in service, cleanliness, and attitude. The view is still fantastic, of course, so if you're willing to pay top dollar for that alone, you can still go for it. The floor of the room was filthy, and you have to take maid service on the staff's schedule. If you tell them to come back in a half hour, you won't see them again. Parking is extremely tight, and security is awful (old key entries, and you have to display your room number in your vehicle!). Five or six years ago, we really enjoyed the experience, but after this year, we will be looking for a new place next year. They continue to sell out however, which enables owners to be very smug and treat you like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay there.

We stayed athe Atlantic motor inn off season in April. The room was very clean and well decorated. We had an ocean front room and the view was wonderful. The price was very reasonable but it was off season. The Steakhouse is minutes down the road and one of the best steakhouses I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really like the ATLANTIC MOTOR INN it`s very clean , close to the ocean ,restraunts ,and gift shops. There is never a time we go thier and have poor service.

My wife and I along with our two children had finally saved enough money to be able to take the kids for a relaxing seaside vacation. There was no better way for us to enjoy our time than at the Atlantic Motor Inn. On our very first morning we awoke to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Our kids loved the beach and the surf. The owners really helped us feel at home (but not too at home, we were on vacation after all!). Our boy really enjoyed the pool, and as a Certified Pool Operator, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the facilities were being run. Ill be glad spread the word on just how much we truely felt rejuvinated during our stay. The local attractions and restaurants are within easy reach, and the community feeling we got really helped us relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you Mr. and Mrs Bolduc!!!

We stayed at the Atlantic Motor Inn this past summer and absolutely loved it. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. We spoke with many people out at the pool and were pleasantly surprised at how many people had been coming here for years for their annual trip. We were able to sit out on our own PRIVATE balcony and listen to the crashing waves only feet below - something we've never experienced before. You can't get any closer to the beach which is key traveling with our 2 little kids. We can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a clean hotel with a great view and friendly staff!

Atlantic Motor Inn has become our Home Away from Home for the past few years. We used to rent cottages on the same street, but found the view and price of the Atlantic Motor Inn gave us more for our money. The location and view are Fabulous! It is a family owned property and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Their staff are always very accomodating. This past week we ran into 5 other groups of couples and families that we have seen year after year. In talking to them they all told us how much they look forward to their stay at the motel and that they plan to return again. How many places have that kind of customer loyalty? We visit Atlantic Motor Inn at least 5 times a year when we need a beach getaway. We recommend it to all our family an friends in need of time away at the beach.

We absolutely LOVE the Atlantic! We have been going there for over 20 years. The location is great and the owners are superb. Our room has always been immaculate. What a great, family friendly place to vacation. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

My sons and I have been going to the Atlantic Motor Inn for the past four years. We have a great time while we are there, the front desk is very nice and also the room cleaners. I have never felt like I was staying at a minimum security facility and have never seen a camera there! As far as the price goes, I haven't seen a huge increase in the price, but I like the convenience of walking down a flight of stairs and being directly on the beach. My sons and I will be back next August!
