Holiday Inn Louisville Airport South, Louisville

i live out of town but have family in lousivlle, mostly elderly that couldn't make the trip 4 my wedding. so we decided 2 have a small reception/party. the plan was stay in louisville a couple of days after the honeymoon b4 i had to return to work. i get a phone call while i'm n cancun telling me my room was double booked and i was bumped out. this was tues and the party was sat. the only room avalable was $150 dollors moe and no outside food allowed catering was an extra charge. luckily i found a nother venue that worked with me 2 plan on such short notice but i spent the last couple days of my honeymoon on the phone informin guest of the venue change and plannin details with the gm of the new venue. NEVER AGAIN would i ever go there.

i paid cash for the room 1 night stay and they charged my credit card over $300. one charge was dated 12 days after my stay !!! bunch of crooks do not give them your credit card #!!!!!!

The price of this hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was very nice. The place is a little dated however, it is clean but well used. I would stay here again.

First off, they couldn't find my resevation, had it under a wrong name. We were booked by the pool, BIG MISTAKE! That was a total circus, the police came in to make everyone get back in their rooms. itwas like a daycare with the exception all the adults were drinking or already drunk. This place was party central. I was quoted $90 night by reservations then was charged $127 said that they "misquoted" Was given 3 different rooms, the first 2 stunk so bad that cleaning actually came in and sprayed lysol around! People were running around and yelling till about 4 in the morning and that stopped after another visit by the sheriffs dept. Go anywhere but here! Rude lifegaurds at pool, magt didn't care and nothing like 500 kids running and screaming while mom and dad get drunk! Oh one more thing, there was trash everywhere when I went to leave.. on the floor, cans running over, wood chips all over the place where some teens were throwing them at peoples doors including mine. If someone from the upper mgmt reads this, you better get this place under control!

We have stayed here before and we are going back its a clean very suitable enviroment and we love it. We will tell everyone about this hotel it is the best there is to offer.

we loved everything about this hotel, the pool, spa, play area, the atmosphere, the staff are very helpful, love the location, easy on and off the highway
