excellent value, would stay again
This is an older motel on the old highway 20 entrance to sioux city. The rooms are old, but clean. There were two comfortable chairs in our room plus a desk chair and extra drinking glasses for guests or an evening cocktail. The shower was good, the TV worked, the A/C was fine and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the room rate of about $40 for two people. This is not a place to stay to impress your friends, but it has everything you need for a comfortable night. We would stay again. On the negative side, the continental breakfast is pretty minimal with only bagels and a sweet roll and only paper towels for plates. Not even any cream cheese for the bagel. On the plus side, the HyV store across the stree has a great breakfast for under $5.
