Need new staff!!

While the location was ideal for our trip, and the hotel, itself, was clean and fairly nice, the staff was a completely different story.
The young lady at the front desk that was there for most of our stay, apparently was in the middle of a quarrel with her boyfriend on her cell phone, which took priority over helping our party check in and get to our rooms. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm and just wanted to get to a room to relax. We had several rooms booked and people were arriving at different times on different days. Most had problems checking in, either due to problems with rooms not being available, billing problems, or just staff problems.
When we tried to clear up some of the issues upon checkout and we never once were given a "i'm sorry you had problems" from the staff that was at the front desk. Sometimes an apology is all that is needed but in this case, several were due and none were delivered.
If this motel undergoes a staff change or new management, I would definitely stay there again. Its in a great location, and as I said, the hotel itself was nice enough.
