BEST WESTERN Metro North, Ankeny

I recently took my family to Ankeny Diner located in the Best Western hotel in Ankeny and am very displeased. The service was to say the least poor. It took almost an hour to recieve our food which was cold when we did get it. I ask for the manager and when she came over was very rude and told me she plated the food herself and it was not cold. She came back a few minutes later and said to make it better she took 10% off the bill. All she did was take the mandated 15% tip off the bill which the waitress put back on when she gave me another bill. All in all this was the worst experience I have had eating out in my life.
