Comfort Inn Hunt Valley, Lebanon

We went there just for a quiet nice night of relaxation away from home and nothing went right. The one room didnt have air working the other the ajoining door didn't work the pool didnt have towels or heat. The pool was ice cold. It was the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had

The pool was extremely cold, about 50 degrees. The beds were old, dated & uncomfortable, the phone was broken. We transferred rooms and the bathroom ceiling leaked and we found (2) round black bugs, then when we tried to connect to the internet we found out that there was none even though advertised and then on Friday the poolside rooms filled up with young teenagers and they ran up & down the halls yelling & screaming past midnight. I called the front desk and we were told that they could not leave the desk to do anything but they were sorry, so I yelled at these kids and threatened to call the police on them if they didn't find a room and stay in it. So overall it was a very bad experience and I would NEVER stay there again.

This could be a nice facility if the management cared more. The resurant (Pumpernickels) is lacking. Plan on eating else where. We did not get all the proper rooms ( king beds)that we requested. Our rooms were in the back portion of the hotel. The entry door that provided access from the parking are did not work meaning you had to walk all the way around to the main entrance and back thru the entire facility to get in. Obviously no one had checked these back rooms out. The water was brown, the drains did not work the best and the shower heads let out very little water. The youg people at the counter tried to help us out but management has there hands tied.

only problem was the heated pool was a little chilly and the beds a little hard last year. other then that the hotel was clean had a good restaurant and friendly staff.
