It was dirty, bugs in room, next to railroad tracks, very loud, room was dark, customer service was horible, even manager was rude and unhelpful. Housekeeping removed one of my own pillows from the room and after requesting it back on Saturday night it wasn't until we spent an extra 2 hours (delay in starting home) on Sunday morning that it was returned. Desk said they didn't have key to housekeeping and we would have to wait for them to come in. When housekeeping arrived my husband watched the desk clerk hand her the key to go get the pillow. NEVER again we we stay at this hotel.
