I loved the service and the friendly staff. The bar and restaurant have an excellent value for money.

We held a 2 day conference hear with 120 members and the staff was the best I have ever seen! The rooms were clean and the catered food was terrific. I would recommend this place for a business meeting. Very accomodating people.

Come on priceline... when I hire William Shatner to be my "Price-line ne-go-tia-tor!" I expect a 3 star hotel to be a 3 star hotel. The Holiday Inn in Joliet is NOT a 3-star hotel, so the price I paid, even though it was supposedly cheap via priceline, was toooooo much. From the moment my girlfriend and I pulled in to see that the front revolving door was non-working and marked as such with yellow police line type tape, I just had to shake my head. It got better as I surveyed the grounds as they were surrounded by lush weeds with a chain link fence to mark their boundary. Smell the sarcasm. To their credit the help was of good quality and the wireless internet was nice, but the rooms were tiny, the heater was flaky, the bathroom was laid out poorly, the tv was tiny, there were hardly any cable channels, the hallways were as dark as the meat on a turkey leg, and there were stains on the curtains... a 3-star hotel? This place had much more in common with the Motel 6 next door than it did with being a cusp-of-the-elite 3-star establishment. Avoid this place!

Hotel just went through a complete renovation. Staff was more than helpful and the lounge/restaurant area was very inviting. Guestrooms were clean and updated.

Pros Internet was fast and consistent. No problems with VPN. Cons Older hotel Dim lighting in hallways and elevators No continental breakfast I liked the Wingate Inn Hotel in Joliet. It's much newer and cleaner.

the service was no good. the room had a wierd smell in it. the bathtub didnt even work and was dirty. i thought for a race weekend, the place would be in tip-top shape but far from it. the workers treated the customers like they were dumb. they didnt even have a continental breakfast or a newspaper. i will never stay there again for sure. i wont even stay at a holiday inn in the entire usa. bad place to ruin a good weekend. i recommend others who take the time to read this stay away.

I loved the hotel, the pool was wonderful-except it would be better if there was an indoor pool as well. Outdoor pools are only good if the weather is permitting. The breakfast had a variety of things to choose from, no matter what time you rolled out of bed to get a bite to eat! The service was alright, but it could have been better.
