Courtyard by Marriott Oakbrook Terrace, Oakbrook Terrace

We stayed there last night (while on a business/pleasure trip) and were shocked that breakfast was not included. We got a AAA rate using the internet. Since when does that not include breakfast?

I am currently spending 8 nights in your hotel to work nearby, I love the bed and the breakfast service, however I do not have transportation and am very disappointed you do not offer shuttle service on the weekend and do not have food service other than breakfast, no refrig in room, eating is a challenge!!

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

My friends and I recently stayed at this hotel and were beyond pleased! From the moment we got there to the time we left the service was first class! The pool, the room,the bed!!! the whirlpool, the business area, the market, the location- everything was wonderful. Had we not stayed at this hotel our Chicago experince would not have been complete. My favorite part was the breakfast. When it said continental breakfast, one would think the normal cereal-bananna-yogurt combo. This hotel had a wonderful HOT breakfast with everything you could think of. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, danishes, bagels, coffee, oj, apple juice, bisquits and gravy, waffles, french toast..... much more than we had anticipated. This is quite possibly my new favorite hotel. Let me tell you I stayed downtown at the "Knickerbocker Hotel" and it didn't hold up to nearly 1/3 of this hotel. I would stay int his hotel over any of those high priced no ammenities hotels anyday! Not to mention it's just a 10 minute car ride to the nearest Metra station that drops you off in fron of the Sears Tower! I'd recommend this hotel for anyone wanted first class service!

My last company meeting was held here. The accomodations were comfortable, everything we needed and more. Through the cocktail reception, to the seven course meal, wine, our rewards ceremony, and continental breakfast the next morning, the service was excellent. With over one hundred in our group, we were well taken care of. The only problem was the wait at the bar, but considering the number of people in our group, the barstaff handled us well.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. It is very clean, updated, close to shopping, and a little off the beaten path. The breakfast was excellent and the help was very cordial.
