Not going back - thank goodness!

I had reserved four rooms for WSU graduation. I willingly agreed to the two-night minimum requirement. The week before, I reserved a fifth room which was confirmed by voice mail from the manager. When we arrived, I was told that they had let that fifth room go. Their only response to my concern about re-arranging family accomodations was, "Well, we didn't charge your VISA card." One person was able to sleep on a sofa bed in our room - cheap couch, thin mattress...but a place to lie. However, there was no pillow for her to use. (They were on back-order.) We had only two very thin towels in the bathroom, and had to ask both days for extra - we were given one extra - that's it. The rooms were run down, had dirty carpeting, and filthy grounds (cigarette butts everywhere - probably because the ashcans by every door were full). In our room, the toilet ran constantly and the heater worked intermittently. Other rooms had their own set of issues. The continental breakfast consisted of fruit loops and coffee, which wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't touted their breakfast. I would NOT EVERY STAY THERE AGAIN.
