Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea

We stayed at the Ekahi for a week in April and had a wonderful time. It was our third trip to Maui and our first time at Ekahi. We also stayed in a condo during each of our prior trips (we prefer it to a hotel) and both agreed that the Ekahi is our favourite. We stayed in a unit with one bedroom and two full baths with a washer and dryer in the suite. It had a fully stocked kitchen as well as a bbq on the large lanai which we used most nights. The views are spectacular and the grounds are beautiful - very well maintained. There are four pools in the complex including one that is directly above the beach. The complex is a short walk to many of the hotel resorts located in Wailea as well as to the Shops at Wailea (about 10 minutes on foot). There's a nice boardwalk that starts a short distance down the beach from the Ekahi which runs almost the entire length of Wailea. We even saw a few whales while walking along the path, which was amazing. The only drawback I can think of is that we were able to hear noise and talking from some of the other units when we were out on the lanai or if we had the windows open, but it didn't really bother us. We loved it so much that we've already booked a trip to return to Ekahi next Spring.

The best spot on Maui! It is almost always sunny here even when the rest of the island is socked in. Great green space, awesome beach, short walk on the boardwalk to all of the major Wailea resorts and the shops at Wailea. It has everything for a perfect getaway!

Our family loved this place! it has a heated ocean front pool with kitchen facilities that were clean. Gated entry to the beach (nice for our younger children) and an amazing green space that is loaded with beautiful mature plantings that you can hike through on your way to the sea. Quiet and perfect for our escape to Maui.

We spent a week at the Ekahi Village for our Honeymoon in September and had a wonderful time. Wonderful views, very quiet and peaceful. We had such a great time we didn't want to leave. Looking forward to staying again for our anniversary's.
