GuestHouse Inn Lake Park, Lake Park

They have signs for one price and then it is another price at the desk. These are the rudest people than I have ever come across. The tv had so much snow that it was un watchable. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall and the door lock did not work. Had to fight to change room and it was worst. Air was not cold and was a very old unit. Never again is putting it mildly.

I asked a man at gas station for clean cheap place to stay, exhausted from driving just wanted to sleep a lil. Plus, my mom & son werent sleepin well and cramped. I was dozing off at the counter even w/ quick cHeck in. asked if my luggage would be safe atop truck. She sd never had problems there & security cams. Woke to find everything untouched thankful cause i have a bad back! It was spotless clean which is the only concern to me. Despite the forementioned comment of no up dates & price hike, gas has doubled in 5 yrs too! How can anyone expect unscratched furniture, new appliances, and such for $35-40 a night anyway? Their pool and tv was twice the size of ones ive pd $65/night for.
