Westin Atlanta Airport, Atlanta

I was at this Westin for five days on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The hotel itself is newly renovated and visually appealing. The rooms were clean, the comforters and sheets were all snow white, so picky folks like me could see they were spotless. The bathroom was great. The mirror was illuminated all the way around. The shower had double heads, plenty of hot water, and great water pressure. There were stacks of towels. There was a large dresser in room, a large flat screen TV, and in room internet access. The conference rooms were a nice size. Notepads and pens were supplied for meetings. There was Starbucks coffee pods and Tazo tea bags in each room. I was amazed that I could not hear any of the jets from the airport. There were also constant transportation to and from the airport. My coworkers were happy with the gym, but none of us were able to make in down to the pool. If I stay in Atlanta again, I would reuse this hotel.

This was the worst hotel!!!!!! This hotel nickel and dimes you. They charge for the business center, parking and anything else you can think of!!!! Why is it $10 a day to park in a hotel you have already paid for? It is $2.99 to use the business center plus 59 cents a minute for the internet. Just one more heads up ......Please don't think that this five star hotel will clean your room and change your sheets everyday!!!! I will never stay in another Westin period! I don't care if it was free!!!!! I could go on and on however I will leave you with this last thought.....ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! YOU SHOULD SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A MOTEL 6! Motel 6 changes their sheets, gives you a microwave and allows you to park for free!!!!

Likes: Room (comfy bed, flat screen tv, great shower with everlasting hot water, illuminated lighting in bathroom); Service (shuttle drivers, especially David, were friendly and gave helpful information about restaurants, using MARTA, etc. Around Town Shuttle service that is provided during the week was great) Dislikes: I was told by a front desk worker that the hotel does not have microwaves because it is "upscale." I have stayed at "upscale" hotels and they provide microwaves in each room!! You have to pay to use the business center! The only complimentary internet access is one computer that you have to stand to use at the front desk. I didnt make it to the pool area but I heard that it's not actually a heated pool as advertised. Overall this was a great stay. In my opinion, it is the quality of service provided by staff that really separated this hotel from many others. Tip: Avoid staying at this hotel in August during the annual "skater's convention". They took over the lobby and outside area! It was both entertaining and sad to observe. Hotel staff did not encourage these guests to go up to their rooms and stop loiterning.It is likely that you will feel like you have booked a room at Motel 6 each time you leave your room if you stay during this annual convention. Last tip: fridges can be checked out at front desk if needed.

Really good breakfast buffet. Pool was OK. No hot tub (under construction). This is an old place, and there is some renovation going on right now. NICKLE & DIME...$12 Internet, $8/day parking, tip seekers... Very nice front desk staff. Overall a good place to stay, but not a four star place while under construction. We got our room for $80 per night. Worth that, but not too much more.

Great Hotel with an amazing Staff. They make me feel like I am with Family. Great fitness Center and the most comfortable beds. Awesome I will be back.

The hotel was nice and check in was friendly,but whenever I called in from a phone the staff was unhelpful and frankly seemed bored at having to do their job.I got charged $50 on my checkout bill and can't reach a real person to talk to in the financial dept.I don't think I would recommend this hotel.oh and for such a pricey hotel you'd think they have free internet access in the room if you bring your laptop but apparently not.

The rooms were nice enough, but expect to be nickel and dimed. Pay for parking, pay for wireless internet, pay for copies, etc. Had a minor problem with my room that took much longer than necessary to resolve due to language barriers (Not front desk).

the beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean that is very important when traveling i would highly recommend u hotel to anyone that i know who would be traveling to atlanta, thanx.

Get ready to pay for many little extras at this airport hotel. Parking is $8-10. And the business office. Don't even try to use the copier machine. It charges $2 per minute. Unless you know what to do off the bat, you will be paying much more than you expected with no help from the hotel staff. I booked on Hotwire for that trip. I just booked again and thought I was getting a different place. But guess what? The rooms are nice, though. So I plan to avoid the mini bar and watch NBA playoffs to stay in budget

First the price was very reasonable for the upscale lobby and the ammenities that went along with the room. The staff was very diversed,friendly,and professional The hot tub was perfect. The rooms were great. I loved my stay at the Westin!
