Great service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/28/08
The room and the service was great. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Sorry to say, we did not get to enjoy the lovely pool area. The breakfast bar was better than any restaurant that we could have gone to. Thanks for a great overnight stay.

WONDERFUL STAFF
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/06
We stayed here only because it was close to Fort Gordon's Hospital. However, we were shocked. The Staff here was absolutely WONDERUL. They treated us like royalty and met our ever changing needs. The rooms were nice, but the carpet in our room was not as clean as I would like. However, in our friends room, it was fine. The pool area is lovely and the food was great!! (We gained a lot of weight.) I can not say enough about the staff. Not one person there was just nice, they were without exception perfect in every way.

Courteous Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/16/06
The staff was most helpful and congenial. Hotel was clean but needed attention to details. I did not like the lack of elevator which made lugging several suitcases up to the second floor a bit inconvenient. Pleasent staff made up for facility shortcomings.

Either my standards are too high or this place really does suck
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/29/05
Dislikes: Dirty...I was almost compelled to buy a mop and bucket, and some lysol spray. The room smells like a house from the 1950's that has been vacant for the past 10 years. The bathroom smells like...well..i half expected the seat to be warm if ya know what I mean. When I get back to the office I'm gonna kick the girl who set this up for me in the teeth. Service: Well they took my money so I guess it is technically service. Oh yea, someone comes in and folds the toilet paper everyday. Location: Pretty good actually as long as you don't drive up and down the main road looking for food. The mall is one exit down and restaurants just 2 exits down. Likes: I get to leave on Friday

Experienced traveller stays away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/05
My work for the DoD requires extensive travel. I have stayed in may hotels thoughout the country. This Holiday Inn was by far the most filthy hotel in which I have stayed. For example, I had to wear shoes or socks at all times in the room because the floors were do dirty. I had to request that the sheets and pillow cases be changed. I reported to the front desk that he room was dirty, but to no avail. In summary, this hotel is way, way below standard, and is far too expensive. I will sleep in my rental car before I stay here again!

Ok
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/26/05
Had trouble checking in...Holiday Inn said that I had yet to pay for the room...Travelocity Help Line fixed this. Room was rather dirty, door was hard to open, and front desk personnel were quite rude. On the plus side, free wireless internet and not a bad hotel for the price.
