Ramada Conference Center, Forsyth

First: the staff overall was firendly and kind. However, this building is a shadow of its former self. No minifridge in the room..really in this day and age! The toliet overflowed and the front desk did not want to help that much stating housekeeping had gone home. This was later in the day when I had report that the toliet was running (that morning to the front desk and it had keep me up lthat night) and they stated thier maintenance would be in at 11am. I guess they did not believe me! The warm breakfast was milk gravy and biscuits! The pool is a wading pool! It was clean. There was no offer to discount. I WILL NOT stay here again!

We stopped there on the way to Florida, (I wish we kept going) the alarm clock was broken, the carpet was so filthly that we had to keep our shoes on, there was mold on the ceiling and on the caulk in the tub area, the shower curtain rod was loose, there were earwigs in the bathroom and the hole room smelled musty and south on I-75 the Ramada's down there were only $54.00 we had to pay $73.00

This was a very old hotel I when I stayed, it was a Holiday Inn and it was bad then and it is still the same way. They used to be great but times have changed.

On our recent trip to Florida, stayed there when passing through. Very impressed about everything; location, cleanliness, value, etc . . . If ever passing through that area again, will consider staying here again, for sure. A very nice place and very highly recommended!!!

The room was very nice, but the smoke alarm in the next room kept going off all night. We told the manager and he said he would take care of it. None of us could sleep and we were very tired from traveling all day. The next morning at checkout we told Angela about the problem and she did not even care. Also asked about AAA or AArp discount and were not given any. I will not stay at Holiday Inn again!

This Holiday Inn is OLD. The rooms have been remodeled and are nice and clean, but then the outside and the landscaping needs a lot of work, and the restaurant needs better food

This hotel is excellent in every way. The room was immaculate. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
