I love this place. It is very clean. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

A most beautiful place. Though we have not stayed in the hotel, we do frequently dine here in several of the restaurants. Always a most pleasant experience and fun to show visiting people, who travel with us.

ohh i absolutelyy loved this hotel. especially at the age of 10 when i went there last!! i loved everything about it, especially the food, and VIEW. personally i love the palm beach area and wouldnt mind to go to any of the hotels along that particular beach.. deff 5 stars! cant wait to goo backkk!!

If you do not take the time to go to the ocean bar and have the crab cakes brought over you are robbing yourself of a great experience. The beach club is second to none.Close to everything but a world away, in plain terms. Service is beyond excellent at its worst. Chain hotels can not compare in any way. The ownership is on property typically daily if not weekly.

This castle-like hotel is breath-taking. Upon walking out to the private beach, you are greeted by two men who ask if you'd like an umbrella, follow you out to your spot of choice on the sand, and they drill holes in the sand and place your umbrella in the sand for you. Forgot your towel? No problem - they will get you one. Thirsty? They have waitresses who come and get your drink or food order for you and bring it to you when it's ready. If the beach isn't your thing, they have plenty pools, in various sizes. Feel like being spoiled? The staff will make you feel like you're royalty. Downside? Come with your money - this is not a cheap place. But, it's worth all the money in the world.

The Breakers is unlike any resort on the East Coast. The staff is over the top friendly, the service impeccable, the cuisine 5 star, and the ocean vistas breathtaking. Henry Flagler built this hotel and when it burned down early in the 20th century, he built the Breakers of today. The drive up to the hotel is along a brick driveway and shadowed by towering oaks and palm trees. Outside the hotel are many wild parrots and the facade of the hotel is amazing. Inside there are numerous murals and mosaics gracing the walls. The art alone in the hotel is worth a visit. The towering ceilings of the lobby makes you feel as if you were in a castle on the sand. The rooms are very spacious and have marble bathrooms as well as enough amenities to satisfy you throughout your stay. The dining at the Breakers is incredible. They cater to any guest, from the unbelievable and intimate dining experience to the family just coming off a day at the beach. The Ocean Grill, The Italian Restraunt, and The Beach Club offer casual dining throughout the day.

I have meetings twice a year in Palm Beach and I have been lucky enough to stay at the Ritz and the Four Seasons several times. I was really looking forward to my December trip to the Breakers having heard nothing but great things about it over the years. I could go on and on, but while the lobby was gorgeous, the room looked like something out of the 70s. The service was mediocre and the management paid great lip service but did not actually fix anything. I was there for a meeting and our meeting coordinator said that the management was the least responsive she had ever dealt with. At $6 a 10 oz diet coke and $20 for the cheapest cocktail, I expected a LOT more. These people are resting on their laurels. They do not care about the average guest, who they know will say nice things about them so as not to feel ridiculous at having spent a small fortune for 3 days in a hotel. The Four Seasons and Ritz are both tremendously better, try them instead.

Loved the hotel, the service and staff were great. The food and drink prices were very high and a 20% tip was added. Come to find out the staff only gets 10% percent of that. It is great for a weekend break.

Don't miss breakfast in the giant greenhouse room, facing the sea. When you're ready to catch up to the kids, head down to the private beach where you can have your own cabana. Need more? The spa can take care of any remaining aches and pains. The rooms are done in beautiful pale pastels of green, yellow, or peach. Take a look at the fantastic chandelier in the main hallway. Stroll through the gardens, play a little golf on the Breaker's private course, or head into town for some shopping. It's all about you at the Breakers!
