Ok! I do understand u get what u pay for, but the pictures were out of date of the hotel for one, we got nonsmoking rooms but the rooms were still smoky and musty smelling, the room service was great always cleaning and stuff!! i did complaints npthing happened..but we killed 2 roaches the first night, my cousin and i stayed in two diff rooms and both got bit by budbugs im assuming! the rooms overall were clean and tidy tho. and greattttt location && free shuttle rides to parks etc! and the people were so loud due to the rooms are outiside! :/

1. Refrigerator not installed (didn't fit in alcove... left in mid-room) 2. Wall light not plugged in 3. Musty room (don't want perfume either) 4. Rusty towel bar 5. Poorly (mismatched) touched up paint 6. Loose-non functioning power outlets 7. Poorly maintained room, run down

This hotel was terrible. Dirty, smelled and no air conditioning in two different rooms. The deli grill was a small store near the lobby with very limited products. Even if you found something to eat there, it was something you had to microwave yourself. Thank goodness for a 7-11 a short distance away. Trust me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. You would be more comfortable finding yourself a palm tree to sleep under!!!!

The company bought the hotel decolar.com, and demanded that the principal amount + tax. However on arrival at the hotel charged me a fee of approximately $ 5 per day. I tried to argue, saying they had paid the required fees directly to decolar.com, and which at the time of purchase did not call off the possibility of new charges, but had no way!

We had a great time in Orlando as the staff of this hotel were great. The room was clean, did not have bad smell and service was great. No bugs in the room. The price was also great.

i wouldnt stay here again. the carpet was soaking wet and the room smelled like old dingy and wet carpet. the smell was unbearable. service was ok for the price, and location is the best thing i can say about this hotel.the shuttles only have one pick up time and its pretty early. they pick you up from wherever you are at about 7pm. pretty early pickup time.

I have had great services with hotels in the past and this one by far was the worst. I have heard the expression you get what you pay for but this was ridiculous. I have stayed in hotels that were less money then my stay here and they were exceptional. We arrive to the hotel and a woman was sitting in the lobby complaining that she had been without hot water and had bin requesting assistance for the last day or two. That should have been a sign but my boyfriend and I didn't give it much thought. We got checked in and got our key drove around the corner and when we got out of the car there were broken down irons and ironing boards next to the stairwell and one of the rooms we walked cross the windows were busted and looked run down. So anyway we went to our room and it wasn't the most pleasant sight. The carpet was dingy and one of the legs on the bed were bent. Bus we still let it go and said hey we just going to sleep and be out most of the time. So we left and came back later that night. The door was flimsy and didn't go all the way to the ground it was a big gap and people were slipping all sorts of things under the door. Anyway things turn from bad to worse the toilet over flowed so we call front desk and the guy comes up in 15 minutes later and fixes it then says he will come to clean up the water on the floor. My boyfriend calls to get another room and they say we wont get one that night maybe in the morning if they have room. Oh and get this the guy never came to clean up the water on the floor and carpet from toilet over flow guess who had to clean it? MMEEEE. So fuming mad we went to use internet which they said they provided fast internet but get this u can only use it in the lobby not in your room they didn't mention that in their ad. So we went to the lobby to use the internet and a lady came down fuming about something in her room we couldn't hear, so anyway we used the internet and found another hotel. So the very next morning we checked out and the person at the desk says your checking out early my boyfriend says um yes i only checked in yesterday and the person at the desk said well you already pre paid. See that they don't care as to why we were checking out they just happy they got the money so that was $261 down the drain and why should they care they only provided services that were $200 worth and nothing more. So as we were about to leave we overheard 3 people call about overflowing toilets and 2 called about no hot water. We looked at each other and hightailed out of the hotel. What disappointed me was that they wouldn't even try to keep us put us in a better room or nothing it was just oh we got their money oh well bye. Personally i think this hotel should be shut down and renovated and staff need to be better trained in customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EVEN FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY.

Hole in wall. Torn curtain that I had to pin back closed to keep people from looking into room. Maintenance person who showed after we were asleep, to check the air conditioner that wasn't broke. Safe was broke. And to top it off the Hess station next door is the local hangout for the for all the kids with the cars that have huge speakers playing noise, that literally rattled the door at 2:30 AM. Then the gunfire erupted. I never did see if the police ever showed up. If you value your life or your children's do not go to this place. It may be convenient to Wet and Wild, but it's not worth it

We liked the fact that our room was cleaned daily to have some comfort. Here we go dislikes no closet, room door barely closed, no microwave, Wi-Fi signal to low to use PC in room, AC was not working very well, very bad room smell, and rugs needed to be cleaned. For a hotel that is dead smack in the middle of a tourist area lacks the knowhow of making the guest stay enjoyable.

First off, it's a fairly dirty place. On the floor near the bed was a toothpick and a wrapper. There's no closet - just a bar to hang your clothes. The rooms come with a safe - not a good sign. But all the other hotels nearby were booked and I had a convention to go to across the street so I stayed. Later that night I was lying in bed reading when I saw what was clearly a bedbug crawling beside me. I freaked and jumped off the bed and immediately got a tissue and tried to squish it. I couldn't! So instead I picked it up with the tissue and checked right out. And yes - I know what a bedbug looks like. I even googled them before posting this review to confirm what I saw - it was an adult bedbug, which fortunately hadn't recently eaten. I checked out immediately and had a cab take me to the Hampton Inn two miles away. More than twice the price but worth it! I immediately carefully went through all my belongings one at a time in the bathroom and fortunately didn't find any unwelcome visitors. Now that I'm home I took off all my clothes and bagged all my stuff in the hallway. I then microwaved my clothes, washed twice in hot water what couldn't be microwaved, washed out all my luggage, and have my suits and dress shirts in a sealed garbage bag to be dry cleaned. The next day I was in a cab and mentioned it to my driver and he told me that place was notorious for being dirty but the owners didn't care because they always have business from the convention center next door.
