Daytona Seabreeze, Daytona Beach Shores

I called 09/30/2009 around 3:00 pm to check on my reservation and spoke to the front desk clerk she said her name was Shawn. She was very rude with me in her tone. She asked "What do you want to know?" I could not say a word for a moment because I was taken back in her tone with me. I asked her once more "Did you say your name is Shawn and her reply was rude "Yes that is what I said my name was" I asked her was she having a bad day?. She did not reply. I havent checked in yet and i wish I could cancel this reservation , but it hard to find another hotel. I pray I dont get this service once I arrive. This is unacceptable behavior

My children(teenagers) and I spent Christmas week at Daytona Seabreeze. This was our 2nd visit. We had a 2 BR apt. Very spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. Loved the chaise in front of the window in king BR. I could easily enjoy the beach when the weather was nippy! Staff very efficient and helpful. Hopefully will return. Thanks

THIS PLACE IS GREAT I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND I AM GOING TODAY BECAUSE I LOVE IT SO SO SO SO MUCH I LOVE MODERN THINGS AND PLACES AND LET ME TELL U THIS PLACE IS MODERN IT IS BIG AND OPEN ON THE BEACH THEY HAVE GAMES FOOD A BAR SO SO SO FUN!!!!!

THE OVERALL CLEANLINESS, THE RATE FOR THE ROOM WE GOT THROUGH RCI, AND WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK THIS YEAR IN OCT. FROM THE 12-17 AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PRICE WE CAN GET A TWO BEDROOM WITH SLEEPER SOFA FOR 5 ADULTS AND TWO SMALL BOYS AGES 7& 9 WE HAVE BEEN CHECKING ON OTHER PLACES SO WE WILL GO WITH THE BEST OFFER WE GET TO ACCOMODATE ALL OF US

We stayed here at the end of August in a timeshare 2 bdrm suite. It was absolutely beautiful. Our condo was very clean, sylish, spacious, and more than we expected! The staff was very kind and helpful! There are different schedules of things going on each day of the week and is a great place for a family or couples to stay. We are planning to go again already in March and are looking forward to it. This time we wont be staying in the timeshare suite but are hoping to find equally great rooms! I give SeaBreeze and A++ - it is deffinately a wonderful place stay!

We liked everything,the pool, the view, the location, the desk people and the concierge were wonderful they gave us good information,ideas,directions. I would like to have free internet connection.

i loved it there itsnt one single thing that i disliked about it we were right on the ocean you you cant get much better than that. I also loved meeting new faces from different parts of the country and relaxing and not having to worry about anything and walking down on the beach at night..

We were on the first floor. The only first floor condo that looks over the grassy area, fire pit, and the ocean. The other first floor condos look over the parking lot and then the ocean. I would have preferred to be on the second floor on higher. There was early morning noise outside our front door waking us up every morning. The noise was people coming or going to work using the side door, or people talking loudly when going to the parking lot, or the trash truck making it's pick up. The back door sounds of the waves crashing were pleasent sounds. We had a white heron that visited the grassy area outside our back door on a regular basis. The condo rooms are long and not as wide as other condos we have experienced in the past. Condo is clean with a nice outside area over looking the ocean. The front desk people and concierge were friendly. Be where of the timeshare sales pitch. After you check up, you must go to another desk to get your parking pass. That person is the enemy that is trying to set you up for the meeting for the sales pitch. If you avoid commitment with a time, then look out for your phone to ring everyday. Don't answer the phone. It's the timeshare enemy.

We knew about the construction so there was no problem with that. Service was great. We have stayed there every year for many years. We alwabout the same time every yearys get a room with a full kitchen. Our rooms have always been comfortable. The location is very convenient. The grocery store is right across the street, & a drugstore is very close to that. The location is very close to other areas of Florida that we visit regularly. We go about the same time every year for 2-3 weeks.We have made friends with other people who come the same weeks as we do every year. We would be coming this yearexcept for the hurricane damage that has temporarily closed the motel. We will definitely go back next year. We knew about construction so there was no problem with that. We have been there about 5 times & aways had very comfortable rooms. We have gotten rooms with a full kitchen .
