It was a great Hotel Staff were great big thanks to Chuck he is a mine of information for tours or tickets great guy, also Maria at Gust Services great saleswoman. Very clean towels changed daily, hotel front desk staff will give you a wake up call if you need to be at parks early, thanks also to Kitchen Staff for great breakfast (never seen bacon like it lol), but thanks folks will be back

Not a place you want to relax at the hotel. If you just need a place to sleep, it's fine. English is not the first language with most of the staff. Affordable and close to everything. Lots of noise at night from other guests. We probably won't stay here again.

the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, these are my 2 main concerns at any motel, I had 2 days when they left no wash cloths, one morning there was no hot water and one day we came back from the parks and the air conditioner was broke but all issues were repaired in less than 30 minutes, they just brought in a new air conditioner. The location is excellent to sea world and universal. All in all it was all minor problems that were easily solved and for money saved for fun things it was well worth it. I was on vacation with my son so it was important to feel safe and I did in this motel.

The place was nasty,wash cloths looked like old rags,the rooms needed renovating, horriblest place I've ever stayed in 20 yrs of visiting Orlando Location was the only good thing

I booked this hotel, because I had read the reviews and thought it was going to be good for me and my family. First of all when I got there they sent me to an adyacent building not the main hotel per se. That was one of the worst dissapointments to me since In the brochure it says the hotel had a arcade,laundry area, ministore, etc. Since they sent me to a smaller building next to the hotel I was excluded of that convenience and could'nt take advantage of all the amenities they had offer in the description of the hotel. There were dogs in the next room from us and were barking all night as if they were in our own room. The refrigerator didnt cool but after two days after our stay there. The microwave didnt work. The hair dryer didnt work. Towels and bedsheets are very old. My aunt stayed two rooms from ours and her room smelled like cigarette, her hair dryer didnt work either and her refrigerator didnt cool either. The only good thing I could tell about this hotel is the location. Its located in a main street near to some of the parks and there are a lot of restaurants and places to shop.

I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the hotel. I have never seen such small bathrooms in my life, and the receptionists personality was horrible! I would rather sleep in my car than to have to stay here again!!!

We had a one night stay just recently. The morning of check out as everyone goes through you try to make sure you get everything and sometimes you are unfortunate and forget something. Well I had packed up my NintendoDS and had sat it on the bed and yep unfortunatley ended up forgetting it. Well I realized it about 10 hours after we checked out and immediately called the hotel. Was transfered to security who blew me off. I called back one hour later and was told sorry no one here can help call back tomorrow at 8 am. So we did. I got a call back to tell me the lady who was in the process of cleaning the rooms that morning we left ( which we passed her and said good morning to her) had found nothing which we already knew was a huge lie. That is where it ended. I know there is dishonest people in the world but you would hope hotels would do a little better on screening whom they highter. After all we all trust our stuff is safe in the room while we stay there.

Top location, excellent facilities, friendly staff and fantastic value. It's not a 5* hotel by any means but for the price It was fantastic. I'd definitely come back again.

i think the service is great and joan in the buffet area is the best mem of all staff hi joan love the green family

Very good to have all these reviews. It looks to me that the hotel is OK with its charge. The management is not so good.
