BUYER BEWARE: The advertised Western Inn hotel room pictures look absolutely NOTHING like the actual hotel rooms. We booked this hotel online and were completely misled by these advertisements. Upon getting to our room, we were presented with an awful stench as well as several holes and graffiti pictures on the walls (we took the pictures to prove this). The advertised wireless internet access did not work. Moreover, the hotel seems to be situated in an unsafe area. When we checked out, we were in line behind another unsatisfied customer. The management was extremely rude to them, so it was no surprise that we were also treated rudely when we expressed our dissatisfaction. We checked out prior to the end of our stay and booked a room at Days Inn a few blocks away. Oh, what a difference! For the same price, the room was clean and smelled nicely. The staff treated us politely. The wireless internet worked as advertised. Hopefully this rating will help others to avoid repeating our horrible experience.
