Orchid Inn, Miami Springs

I went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and the service spectacular. I was really tired going in, and they attended me right away and I had my room within 3 minutes. I called later that night for more pillows and they brought them up right away and even asked to see if I need sheets too. It is under new renovation, so it still doesn't look brand new, but it looks good. I loved my stay here. I'm very picky but left satisfied. The rooms are pretty small, but well worth it. The location was great right in front of a McDonald's, Wendy's, Denny's, Chinese place, and more. I would definitely go back. I recommend it. I stayed there two nights. :)

This hotel is under new management and owner, since June so they been, working very hard to keep it clean

MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE.

Under renovation ,clean with relatively good customer service and friendly atmosphere affordable rate guaranteed.

THE ORCHID INN IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. AND IS BEING RENOVATED. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN .

had no chouice due Super Ball but next time I sleep at the Airport on the Floor instead. The is nothing what is right, do not waste any money there

I only stopped at this "Inn" because I needed a room quick, I was tired. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, but it wasn't until I entered the room I should have just stayed at the airport overnight! Yes, I should have stayed at the airport! At least I know when stepping in the bath room at the airport it will look and smell clean not like the mildewed bathroom all around, the bed that looked like there had been a lot of activity on it (and smelled like it), I honestly think the best thing was when I left at 8:00am. A few days later I received a call from my credit card company saying there was high usage on it. I called and told them I stayed one night at that particular rat motel and they charged me for three. I called the 'inn' back and they gave me the run around for 2 days. When I was able to speak with someone, I was treated as if I was the one wrong with the situation. I gave up with them and called my bank who was able to get everything back. I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN, MAYBE THE INMATES DOWN THE STREET AT MIAMI WEST WOULD RATHER BE THERE, WAIT THAT WOULD CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT!
