Won't go back, very poor management

Had issues with the rooms contacted manager and he never retruned calls. Contacted Choice Hotels and since the hotels are independently owned there was nothing they could do. Was final draw with Choice Hotels and cancelled my membership after 7 years ...

NEW, GREAT, CLEAN

I was nervous when I herd my friends booked us at a Quality Inn and Suites was I surprised. This hotel is new and the rooms are = to Hilton, Hampton and all the top hotels in the area. I would stay here every time.

Sweet stay

The price is pretty good, if you come on a sat nite just tell them you are here for the bbw and the rate goes down. Some of the rooms really do need some work done on them but if you let the front desk know they will change your room without any problems. Hi like they say you really get what you pay for. Oh yeah the bbw dances are great.

remodled rooms

our stay was great all of the poolside rooms have been remodled. my kids loved being here because of the pool .i was also glad to be at at place with a security gaurd who was also a great person. i also liked that they have a lounge on property.

Avoid this hotel

This place was absolutely disgusting and in a very unsafe area. The room was filthy (holes in mattresses), torn plastic covers on the beds, mold in the bathroom, stench in the room, etc. If possible avoid staying at this hotel!

Milner Hotel Tampa

Absolutely disgusting room. Took one look and left. Moldy sheets, smoke stench, running toilets and tub. More people living there than staying there.

we stayed here for 3 weeks and the stay was very nice. for having a lot of weekly rentals and construction crews there the place is clean, quiet, no problems, relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi is pretty much well maintained. The jacuzzi could be a little cleaner and warmer but all in all the place is excellant. i would stay there again if ever need be. The employees there are very nice and always helpful.
