Days Inn Winter Haven, Winter Haven

The Days Inn and Days Inn Restaurant hosted a recent fundraiser we held to raise money for a local hero in distress. Not only were the meal and room rates reasonable, the food got rave reviews and we raised over $2,500.00 that night, including a donation by the manager! The wait staff bent over backwards to accomodate last minute arrivals. Everyone said it was easy to find, had good, well lit parking and was clean and well organized. We look forward to using them again.

The hotel has undergone renovations. Staff is friendly. New Owner lives on premises. The restaurant is in new hands and food is very good and well priced. ($5.00 breakfasts and lunches. A ribeye steack dinner for $9.95). The location is close to everything and if you want to know where something is or what is good to do in the area, they have much information. They have done a lot of work on the place and are still working on more improvents. A nice staywell worth the price.

I spent fathers day 2010 at the Winter Haven Diner with my 2 children. The food was bad and although it was not busy, it took forever to get burgers and fries. The the "cook" came onto the floor while we were paying fot the food and began to yell at one of the servers. Will never come back, I don't know what the issue was but will not come to a place where managerstreat their employees like that. Stay away from the lack of good food here.

Has anyone stayed here since Ramada took over end of 2009?

BEDBUGS, POOR SERVICE, NO ONE CARES AT THE FRONT DESK. I SHOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I CAME, NO WONDER THIS PLACE KEEPS CHANGING NAMES. STAY AWAY!!

I schedule this Holiday Inn for a ball tournament in July, we had eleven rooms. Seven of the rooms had no air conditioning. Nothing they did worked to fix the problem, we had to purchase fans ourselves to go in the room to help the players sleep. They informed us that we would be getting a complete refund for all seven rooms. It is Oct 30th and we have not seen any refund. We will not go back there and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We found beg bugs and teenagers drinking in parking lot. When we complained to desk clerk they did not seem phased at all. Needless to say we did not stay!

the resturant price are out of the world and the food were nasty nobody in own group like the food and the room were ok and the bed were great.

When we got to the hotel we were about an hour before check in time, but we didn;t know that yet, so we went in to get our key. The giy at the front desk told us that we were early, but my 1 year old son needed a diaper change very badly, and he was extremely cranky. He let us stay in the main room while our room was cleaned and he let us change Mikey in our room quickly before the mais came in!! The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly and the place was just wonderful, it was so clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. Definetly worth my money. The only problem I had was they didn't give us enough towels, but that was quickly fixed:)
