Holiday Inn Oceanside, Highland Beach

. food was great. great view. nice people. enjoyed the gym. food was really good wife talks about how i continually talk about the food and while were eating i moan and make moises of pleasue. enjoyed the hot tub also. looking forward to another stay. hopeing for specials so we can do this often. more deals means more vistis.

Just spent five nights here with my husband and 2 kids (8 and 11). The hotel is very nice! The restaurant is exceptional, expensive but very good. It's a destination in the area. Kids eat b'fast free. Our room, while a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. (but the pillows too thick if that's an issue for you too.) We paid a small fee for a roll out bed and all four of us were comfie. And the view!! OMG we paid more for an ocean view and balcony and it was so worth it. Just a sweeping view of the blue ocean and a balcony to have cocktails on. The pool is small but very warm, which was good since the temp was lower than usual, and our kids swam for hours each day. We were amazed really at the quality of the hotel for a Holiday Inn. Would definitely stay there again. I probably don't especially recommend it for singles unless you avoid the weeks that schools are closed. Lots of families and elderly. Great location convenient to the very upscale Boca (15 minutes) and the mid scale Delray Beach (10 minutes.) About an hour to Miami and South Beach. Lots to do in the area. One of the only hotels on a strip of very expensive private homes. I highly recommend it.

This is what a mimi vacation should be about. We had such a great time, the staff was friendly and the rooms where very nice and clean. That was just a standard!!!! Priced right with it own Tikki bar.. I will be back ASAP.....

I have been going to this hotel since i was a little girl (38 now). we take advantage every long weekend we can the place makes you feel like you got away for a weekend vacation. Highly recommed it. GREAT MEMORIES!!!!

We loved this hotel. Tiny compared to the surrounding monster hotels/condos, but perfect. The restaurant breakfasts' were superb. We watched dolphins while dining. We hope to upgrade to ocean view next time.

i stayed here for business. I was looking for a place that was easy, inexpensive, and reliable. I was blown away when I arrived!! Great hotel, great restaurant, great beach, great everything. Stay here.

My husband and I took a 4 day getaway to the Holiday Inn Oceanside. We flew into PBI and took a limo...and with no vehicle -- it was a pleasure to be "stuck" here 4 days. The food was the best hotel food I have ever had... better than most restaurants I've been to. Though we planned on ordering out, we ate every meal from the on-site restaurant. The hotel was clean, the service was wonderful and the beach was amazing! Other than the slight sunburn, it was the most relaxing and amazing vacation I've had in a while.

We just came back from our son's wedding at the Hotel, and we couldn't be have been happier. The wedding was perfect in every way. The hotel's website doesn't do it justice. The place is beautiful and in a perfect location. The food is top notch. The staff is wonderful. We were thrilled with everything about the hotel.

We have been staying there since my daughter was 2 years old now she is 27 and we love going back every year. Her birthday is July 3rd so we stay here for her birthday and the 4th of July. Even do we are from Miami this is our get away favorite place.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice, exactly a year apart. A year ago it was wonderful. Last week, I noticed things had slipped. The furniture in my room (242) was substantially chipped. Caulk was missing above the a/c vent. One of the sinks was cracked. The sliding patio door was missing some hardware. The hallway had many chips in the paint. Worst of all is the new attitude. When we reported that all vending machines seemed to be out of order, the front desk personnel simply shrugged and offered us a refund. They should have offered free bottled water, since there was none coming out of the machines. Dirty Pool towels were left around the pool all night. Dirty room service trays were left in the hallway for more than 24 hours. Even after I called the desk to complain, they were still there 8 hours later. There were fingerprints all over the elevator button panel, the glass door leading into the restaurant, etc. Scraps of litter and paper remained in the hallways and elevator for more than 12 hours. When we mentioned these things to the desk personnel, they just shrugged and apologized, but nothing changed over the 4 days we were there. This hotel has a wonderful location but the new attitude seems to be: we are the only game in town so you'd better put up with whatever is wrong here. Some good things: the servers in the restaurant are polite and quick, and the maids who clean the bedrooms do a good job. They just need to hire one overall cleanliness person to watch for fingerprints, room service trays, pool towels and vending machines. The room maintenance issues seem to be being addressed slowly, because we did see a paint crew coming and going.
