NO, DON'T--

Local and County police come to this motel constantly, repeatedly, every single day, it's the highest police call rate of any property in the whole area. See St. Pete Times article. Doesn't matter what motel service is or how well the clerk behaves, this not a motel, it's an economy dumping ground.
 
 
 
 
 
knock knock

My daughter,baby granddaughter and myself stayed here in June. Each and every night we had people knocking on our doors at all hours. Which in returned awoke the baby. I put in complaints but front desk people were rude and ignorant. Our last day we got no sleep at all due to the steady knocking on our door. To make matters worse there was a water line broke so we couldn't even shower and get out by check out time. Being hot tired and just plain exhausted we ask how much an extra night would be. The price was outrageous after what we went through. So we drove down the street to another hotel checked in had a shower and went to bed. I did fill out one of their cards but to date have heard nothing from the company. I can only assume that they do not care how people are treated in their establishment. This hotel gathers alot of rift raft. People that live there year round, and many drunks cursing in and around the pool. I found if it had have been as advertised I would have gotten a good deal for my money as the location was great for us. But as it stands the way the place is I would never return.

Worst Motel Ever Been In

The first night a drunk girl kept beating on the door to the room next to us. I called the front desk and complained, but nothing was done. She finnaly stopped around 1:00am. We didn't get much sleep because of that. Househeeping did not clean our room the next day. They didn't make the bed, take out the trash, or clean the bathroom. All they done was bring in clean towels while we were out. The next night we got in the room at 11:30pm and the drunk girl was back. This time the desk clerk was out in the parking lot arguing with her. I told the desk clerk if she didn't call the Police, I would. She said she was going to call them. At 12:30am they had not shown up and the girl was still beating on the door. I called the desk and she finally called the Police. They came out, but done nothing. When they left, the girl started beating on the door again. Around 2:30am she left. I paid for two nights sleep and did not get either one of them. I will never stay at that motel again, and I will be looking for someone other than Yahoo Travel to do my booking in the future. I wasted $123.00 and am very upset about it. Robert Brand

How about a little guest service!!

When my husband stayed at this establishment; I experienced rudeness and a condisending attitudes from the desk personnel. When the phone in his room was out of order no one could deliver a message to him that he was needed to phone home; they were either unable to deliver a message to him, or leave a note on his door. The different shifts did not tell each other information between themselves. I was left to call long distance to the hotel several times and finally on the second day I was told that his phone would not be repaired and that they were too busy to tell him that he needed to phone home or that his wife had called several times, when he came into the office the next morning!! The staff member that I spoke to was rude and uncaring. She showed that the guest was the least of her worries. Fortunately no one had died or gone to the hospital!!!
