Loved it there ! Yes I'll be back !!

First the staff are very polite and willing to help in any way !.. The first Rm I was in the blow dryier didn't work and the outlet must have been bad .I went to the front desk and reported it they checked out the room and asked if Id like to move to another room I had just unpacked for the week and they offered to up grade my rm and help move me ..They went way out of there way ! They set me up in a Mini Suit and help my decorate the room for the special night I had planed .. nice table cloth even hearts on the bed and floor ...Honestly the place was Awsome ..I can't say enough and Sherl asked each day if there was anything needed as well as the owner and his wife !... Don't belive me ?...Go check it out for your self !! Thanks again to everyone !... A Guy from California
 
 
 
 
 
Quiet and responsive management

Have stayed twice when on business in Hartford, Ct and plan to be back. Mid week quiet. Two restaurants walking distance. Great breakfast.

This is a great hotel to stay in; affordable, clean, and extrmely accomodating. There is even a free shuttle that takes you to your desired destination! I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

There was a noisy party above us and we notified the desk.They did call up to the room ,but they told me that there was a bachlerette party going on.I couldn't believe they booked a room knowing there was going to be a party.Most people in hotels are traveling or on a work assignment and would like a little quit not a noisy party
