Quality Inn Groton, Groton

I stayed for a night with my wife and 2 kids. Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was spacious and well maintained. Free breakfast and free wireless internet. Less than 10 minutes from Mystic. No luxuary but very good value for casual trip.

I have never experienced service and rudeness ever before. Our toilet over-flowed the staff was very rude and could not help at all with any questions or problems we had. There was never a manager around. The breakfast was an absolute joke! NEVER any juice and hardly ant food. On check-out the man was very rude and would not discount our room for having to move out of our original room because our toilet wasn't working and they put us in a smoking room. When we arrived home I also checked our account and they DOUBLE charged us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

The staff was pleasant enough but the hotel itself was awful.WAY OVER PRICED,Dirty dirty dirty.Had there been another place to stay that evening I would have been gone.Bathroom Ceiling paint chipped & peeling falling to the floor.Cigarette burns on gross bedspread,The room smelled like some kind of cheap cologne.I could go on but enough said.I can't believe I spent that kind of money $170.00 and was given a dump. Never ever again.

I just wanted to spend some time with my husband and we booked this place for one night as we went to see a concert. The room was dingy, there were spider webs on the corner of the room, the bed was not made properly, and the staff were not all that helpful!!!! I wouldnt stay here again. I rather spend the night at the casinos and just drive back home!!!!

Been here and thought it was fantastic. The staff could not have been nicer. They made me feel like I was at home and attended to my every need. You don't expect that from a moderately priced joint, but I got it. I will definitely come back.

Stayed here for a week with my mom and bro. The staff was friendly, great location, great price, indoor pool and a decent continental breakfast. Very near to all the area sight seeing spots and casinos. Looking forward to going back.

We stayed on a holiday weekend (Mystic Art Festival) so the rates were peaked - $179.99 ($201 after taxes & fees). We would have stayed at the casino for that rate and we may have had a better experience! For the rate noted above the following should not be considered acceptable; the shower door didn't close entirely, there was mildew growing the in the tile grout, limited towels, flat pillows and finally -the bed didn't have a fitted sheet to sleep on. If you are planning a weekend get-away during peak travel times, we suggest paying $200 to stay in a room worth $200.

We had a great stay and are anxious to go back. The rooms are very large and rather inexpensive as well. Staff was helpful and prompt and the free wifi Internet was great! If you don’t pick this hotel your missing out.

this review is comming a bit late, but i thought i should add to the existing reviews.we stayed at this property new years eve 2004.made the reservation that day and the front desk staff could not have been more accomodating. the hotel is convenient to all attractions in the mystic area and close to the two major casinos. the rooms were immaculate as were the bathrooms.the hotel lobby was spacious and bright.the rates at this hotel are pretty good for holidays and events in the area. all in all this was a pretty good find

Quality provides a comfortable no-frills room. It is conveniently located off I-95. They provide a nice breakfast (free). Conveniently located near the two major casinos and Mystic area.
