Very Bad Experience

I'm not even sure where to begin, my experience there was so bad. First, the decor in the theme rooms, which are the most expensive, is plain ugly. I stayed in one of these rooms, and was appalled by the number of things that were wrong. First, two of the three overhead lights were burnt out; the sheets and pillows looked worn and old; the decorations on some of the cabinets was pealing off. Even the furniture in the common areas was worn and dirty. And the staff . . . I have never seen such poor customer service. I actually cut my stay short because the staff was so rude and unaccommodating when it came to even the most basic requests. I would never recommend that anyone stay at the Litchfield Inn.
