DoubleTree by Hilton Hartford - Bradley Airport, Windsor Locks

Loved the fresh hot tasty cookies. :) (Free at front desk). Room was spotless and comfortable. Wake up call rang as requested. Shower worked perfectly. So did hair dryer! TV worked! Parked car here for 6 days and it was untouched. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were WONDERFUL and KIND. The driver on the way back even drove us to our car, unloaded our luggage AND ran back to the desk for cookies for my kids. A+!

I stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend to relax a little bit and check out the Big E twenty minutes away. However, all I received was a broken passenger window, stolen gps and car stereo, and a bad attitude from the general manager. After talking to the Windsor Locks Police Department, who said that thefts happen in their parking lot constantly and that "They should really care about their customers more and put in some security cameras," I went to speak with the General Manager. Carol must not have ever taken a customer service seminar in her life, and to say she was unpleasant would be a huge compliment to her. She was of little help and for someone paying over $200 to stay in her half-empty hotel, she was atrocious. I will never stay in a Doubletree hotel again, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone...well unless you want valuables stolen and to be infuriated by a terrible customer service experience.

The room was nice, and the bed was very comfy. The website said hot tub, there was no hot tub. The pool was not very clean. The website said continental breakfast. That usually means a free light breakfast. Well, you had to pay for the continental breakfast. No "free cookies" were even offered. Ice machines are only on three out of five floors. Staff was not very helpful. Unfortunately not a good experience.

friendly service and very confortable rooms, I really liked there 24 h shuttle to the airport, the restaurant was really good I loved the duck my compliment to the chef. I definitively recommend this hotel.

Prompt service and exceptional care. Staff is extremely friendly, from the maids to the desk clerks and resteraunt servers. All around a great stay.

I stayed in the DoubleTree Bradley Internatioonal Airport, and I must say that it was a very satisfying experience, the staff was very friendly, the check in was quick and I got a very warm delicious coockie, my room was spacious and my bed was extremely confortable so many pillows and the matress was made to sleep in, I used the indoor swimming pool was a great idea, since it was freezing outside. I really enjoyed the experience and in fact, I am going back next Tuesday.
