we all liked the indoor & outdoor pool, however needs to be cleaned more. The hotel needs alot of maintence.

Nice place, Slow service

This is definitely a nice place to stay especially if you have kids. Nice indoor and outdoor pools but the pool area could be cleaned up. They have mold growing on the floor around the indoor pool area....not good. The service is extremely slow. The restaurant is nice and the food is good. The woman working the bar is very unfriendly, like you were bothering her to get you a drink. Not good for business. Other than that, the rooms are clean and the housekeeping people were friendly and kept the room supplied with everything that you need. Good for the price and location.

They have poor service and they double billed

I was placed in a smoking room, then moved 2 doors down to nonsmoking room. Yet, somehow they allowed a smoker to stay in the room next to mine. Followed by two days of not having wash clothes in my room. One day trash was not cleared out. Last but not least - Double billed! Just not what you would expect from "Crown Plaza"

Not What you would Expect from the Crown

They have smoking rooms on the same floor as the nonsmoking rooms. Actually, they are side by side. They are not timely in taking telephone calls from the rooms to set up wake up calls, and the restaurant is extremely slow. We had to call 5 times to place and order.

Very nice hotel, questionable service

Almost everything was good about this property from the internet access to the furnishings in the room. The room service folks were great! My main problem is I never received maid service and I am puzzled by this. My room was never made up and no towels were ever picked up or delivered. I spoke to the manager over the phone regarding this and was told I would be contacted in two days about the situation. I have yet to be contacted 1 week later.

Great Place to have a shower

I recently attended a baby shower and was pleasantly surprised. The room was inviting, the food was fresh and displayed with flare. Also, the buffet was set up correctly serving right to left. The staff paid attention and served the cake at the appropriate time. They were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was very clean and had easy access from the room. One word of advice, there should be a sign pointing to additional parking in the rear. This was my first time visit there and not sure where to park. I noticed other cars doubled up as I drove around the front lot. Curiosity led me to the back where there was lots of parking and a side entrance. A sign would have been helpful. Thank you Theresa
