BEST Stay at Olympic Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/22/10
We had a great time, the staff was accessible and accommodating, we arrived early and they let us check in and when we were running late checking out they said don't worry about it take your time. Coffee was available 24/7, internet available, complimentary newspaper and how could you beat a free breakfast! The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, and you very rarely come across a dry sauna. They gave us extra towels, and fulfilled any request we made. The place was spotless and quiet. It took 15 min. tops to get to the casino without the casino prices! This was our second stay and we definitely will be back!

never stay there again
By will, 3/21/08
very pricy, not very clean, not very nice, old and dilapidated, no kitchen in rooms, old musty smell! i would never ever stay there ever again. if you are looking for a place in town the navy lodge is the best value, its much cleaner, and much newer!

BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW
By Kitty, 7/3/07
We stayed 2 nights and were not happy with our stay. Pool and Jacuzzi were not heated and very unclean. The room we stayed in runned down and pillows were beyond used and needed replacement. It was not a good nights sleep. Several of the staff were pleasant but most of the other employees were very unfriendly. I have to say that this was not a comfortable stay and did not feel welcomed and would probably not stay here again. When we checked out we were not even asked how everything was. Poor customer service.

You Get What you Pay For
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/5/07
This particular best western's room setup and decor follows suit with others I've stayed at. The heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and well appointed fitness room were welcome bonuses. For the price, this hotel is well appointed, convienient, efficient, and the staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable, however could use some modernization.

Old, Worn and Gross
By Kelly, 8/13/06
It seemed like they assigned the worst room in the hotel to my mom and I. The room appeared dirty, stains on the carpet, tired looking blankets and dingy wallpaper. My mom checked for 'bed bugs' by lifting the mattress and found 2 porn magazines under one and a empty box of cigarettes under the other even though this was a non-smoking room. Given the proximity of the room to the front desk, we believed the workers used this room at their own disposal. Since the room we were assigned was directly across from a lobby door that provided access to the hallway, I was awake until 3am since it would slam shut every 10 minutes as someone walked through. I informed the front desk clerk of this racket in the morning and all she said was 'sorry'. And one final comment- It was chilly in the room and my mom turned on the heat and it immediately filled the room with a smell likened to burning tires and the fire alarm in the room immediately sounded at 2am. I am embarrassed I booked this room for my birthday weekend.

i will never go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/10/06
the management and employs of the hotels made a reservation mistake by booking my stay on a day that id int ask for, when i try talking to the management they called me a liar on my face, that i was trying to get away with not paying for the night, so i was charged double for a one night stay with no wayt to dispute it.

OUTSTANDING!
By Robert, 6/24/06
Great management with support options that made my 6-night stay outstanding. The room "play money" goes a long way to easing the cost of travel. Staff were fantastic, friendly and efficient. Location is close to everything, but remember to ask the front desk for free map directions to any destination. This is 2nd trip in 2 months and will definitely return for pleasure trip in the future.

nothing special
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/20/06
Our non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. The staff was less than friendly, front desk employees seemed bothered with simple questions. Other hotels in the area offer better amenities and courtious staff for the same money. We won't stay here again.

Worst Western
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/23/06
We thought that the hotel was going to be quiet and clean. Unfortunately, it was neither. The walls were paper thin so you could hear other guests early in the morning and late at night. The room looked very worn and was supposed to be non smoking, but had ash trays and matches and smelled of smoke. The elevator got stuck on every floor and was rickety. Overall the staff seemed nice, but if you had any kind of problem, they just didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel.
