What a view!
Loved it! I would definitely go back. The hotel is not new but clean. Breakfast was great! I have two big guys and a teen daughter. We all were satisfied. Pool was cold. I am not used to the cooler temps. Maybe they were therefore keeping the pool temp. cooler.

Great place to stay with a group!
By ,
The breakfast was great. It got crowded in the mornings but the staff worked very hard to keep everything stocked. They were all very friendly. The suites were HUGE and just what we needed for our group! We had a group of 22 teens and young adults with special needs and 8 chaperons. We always had plenty of towels and the rooms were always very nice and clean when we would come back each evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel!
By ,
I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites for a work trip and I will definitely return! The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location. I had a 4th floor room with a gorgeous view of Pikes Peak. The internet connection was fast and very easy to use. They even had a convenient plug right on the desk for me to plug my laptop into! I have never stayed at a property with such pleasant staff. (I left my toothbrush and deodorant at home and they gave me new ones for free!) But my favorite thing of all was the complimentary breakfast. There was a great assortment of cereal, bread, muffins, hard boiled eggs and even two waffle irons. I stayed for 3 nights and I will definitely stay there next time I am in Colorado Springs.

Great Service
By ,
Front desk staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast in the moring is convenient for a family on the go with something for everyone. We requested more towels in the morning and front desk staff stated the houseman was currently fixing a maintenance issue and would be up as soon as possible. Less than five minutes later, the General Manager showed up with the extra towels and then apologized for it taking so long-what a refreshing change from what usually happens. Easy access to most everything there is to do in Colorado Springs. I would definately stay here again and have recommended this hotel to family and friends that travel thru Colorado Springs.

Friendly Staff
By ,
When-ever I go to Colo Spgs I stay with Quality Inn & Suites because they've managed to maintain the same staff... Management must be doing something right! It's a friendly & happy group of folks that make me feel comfortable. I like everyone I've met, and I think I've met them all. Even the owner Steve makes time for me and my family. When I go to the springs, I stay at Quality Inn & suites.

Great hotel for the money!
By ,
My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. It was really nice for the price, all the ammenities we needed, newly rennovated, loved the hot waffles at the deluxe continental breakfast to get us going every morning before going out. The staff seemed to be friendly, room service was good and our room was always nice and clean when we came in. The decor was also very pretty and the room was spacious. The only reason I didn't give this hotel five stars was because of the poor water pressure in the shower. It just wasn't very stong, but overall we had a really nice 4 day stay. Also, our room overlooked the mountains and it was really a pretty site. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

I would not recomend!
By ,
I wouldnt recomend this otel because they dont clean the rooms well, There housekeepers are all mexicans they spoke NO english, I had a hardtime telling them what i needed. I called for another blanket and extra pillows and they had me go get them from the front desk, now isnt that what the housekeepers are for? Its just not right there, i wouldnt recomend it.

We liked it!
By ,
We were so happy to read the reviews about Quality Inn, because they were less expensive than the other motel we looked at. We had no complaints at all. The room was clean. The bedspread and carpet were like new. It was quiet, even though we were by a busy road. They gave us some discouts for resturants and we saved even more. The breakfast was great for the price, fruit, cereal, bagel, rolls, and you could make a fresh waffle. It was busy the second morning we were there and the refilled everything immediately. The staff gave us shopping ideas. We would stay there again and feel good about recommending it. We didn't use the pool, so can't speak on that.
